Just do not pick another Cody Williams.
Like supposed genius Danny Ainge did at the 10th pick last draft.
other players available at number 10 were Kel-el Ware, Dalton Knecht, Matas Buzelis and Jared McCain.
How many tries did that take. Took me a bunch.
If we don't move up, how would people feel about trading out? It's just that we have a lot of young players with promise at practically all positions. Obviously it's very unlikely that any of them (except p o s s i b l y Shae) become stars, but I'm not exactly seeing "star" for any player outside of, well, the top 2.
Of course, it depends on who the player is that we trade for. Suppose it's, say, Devin Booker?

Avdija should be a star next season, unless we have a pumpkin for a coach.i'd rather take a shot at a 2nd draft guy similar to deni than dump all of our future assets into a guy like book.
#10 pick is good enough to get you a young someone with some upside but in a bad fit situation, but not enough to net you a 'star' who might not be on our timeline anyway.
Not available. Think of teams with good players but a toxic atmosphere. e.g. (or perhaps, i.e.) The SunsEvan Mobley is who we need
I was amazed that Deni was available. Whom do you have in mind for a "second draft"? (Still hoping for Anthony Black - maybe if the Magic are utterly incapable of scoring in the playoffs...)i'd rather take a shot at a 2nd draft guy similar to deni than dump all of our future assets into a guy like book.

Anthony Black is who I’d want. Probably would be the most obtainable, and they’re a team that would need Ant’s scoring, so there is someone on the team that they’d want to make this a compelling trade for both teams.I was amazed that Deni was available. Ausar Thomson? Jaime Jaquez seems to have fallen out of favor in Miami... Ooh, how about Jeremy Sochan?
Probably 9-12 ishWhere would Clingan be ranked in this draft?
Second round.Where would Clingan be ranked in this draft?
Highly doubt that.Probably 9-12 ish
OuchSecond round.
Late first maybe? Maybe the Blazers take him with the 10th pick if the didn’t already have him?Ouch

Sochan would be interesting too, but not sure who SA would want. I’m against giving up any 1sts for him.

I'm going to go try right now and count how many it takes.Only 3 for me.
The very first one went to SAN Antonio. Fucking hell!Only 3 for me.
It does come up 4 and 3 quite a bit. But mostly 10 or 11.Stopped after 5 tries
