Haven't seen this guy yet, but everything about him looks like an NBA player. He has a throwback feel when I watch his highlights.
Also, he's very impressive in his interviews. Very well spoken and definitely a student of the game. He has great knowledge of past (and present) players and sounds like he studies the good ones.

Nice, but (a) how's his defense, and (b) what was the injury?

And (c) how does he measure up to his legendary fellow Cougar, CJ Elleby?

Looks like a more polished version of Martell Webster.

Don't know where he'll be drafted, but I doubt he'd be a good pick where Portland is going to be (1-8)

Seems a bit slow to me for 6'6 and todays game.

At least from the highlights, he didn't look to have much lift. Taking advantage of lesser competition really.

Did you mean to say something else? Or do I have myself on ignore?

Sorry dont know how that happened....same thing I tell my wife when I screw up. The comment before that was what I meant.

I'm fond of blaming mistakes on my glasses being off

Some nice stats, but only for 6 games and first six might not have been strong opponents? Looks like he'll be available in the 2nd round?

More polished version of Marty…..He’ll be top 5 then for sure.

Maybe it's recency bias with Dylan Harper struggling since getting sick, but I think I'd have Kasparas over him right now on a Blazers specific board.

Think his role versatility, passing and defense pair better with Scoot.

1. Flagg

2. Bailey (he's so frustrating for me but he's really turned it on lately)
3, Jakucionis
4. Harper

That's funny you mentioned Martell. I was gonna say he gives me MW feels. Not bad for a second rounder, though.

Um, HCP didn't mention him. I did.

That's been my order. But I'm no draft guru like you.

A pro scout told HoopsHype about Dylan Harper: “He could end up being better than Flagg. He’s not the most athletic, but he has that ‘slow-fast’ pace to his game. Offensively, I think Harper has a higher ceiling than Flagg. Worst case, as a lead guard, he’d be like [Anthony] Black – but Harper moves better and scores at a much higher level. His ceiling feels Jalen Williams-esque – a versatile player who can function as a guard or has the size to be a point-wing, it really depends on how a team develops him. Harper is a better shot creator than Flagg and makes everyone around him better. He moves like a wing but plays like a guard.”

From those descriptions, Harper basically sounds like Brandon Roy with good knees.

I’ve watched about 10 Rutgers games this season. Harper has impressed me more than Bailey. But that happens when you have the ball 80% of the time. Harper’s court vision and the way he controls the offense is VERY impressive. I think if it comes down to it, Bailey is a better fit for our roster though.

Kasparas has a weird aesthetic quirk to his game where he shoots righty but you can tell he's a natural lefty. They way he runs...catches passes, even a lot of his footwork he uses to get to his stepbacks look like a lefty until he rises and squares to shoot.
