Caleb Love looks like Wes Matthews out there
Feels like Yang gets about 10% of the 50/50 loose balls or rebounds.
True.Think the hardest part for him will being compared to whoever Atlanta drafts with that unprotected pick next year, possibly #1 overall.
You had me at Dr Steve
Burt Kolde sitting court side tonight...
Hansen is like Rolo where he boxes out decent but can't grab the ball himself. I'm wondering if it might be very hard to play him with Grant though because Grant certainty ain't grabbing any of those boards.
You know Chauncey and Joe were like, "This motherfucker has to come to Vegas too?!?" Dude is sitting right next to them. That has to suck for both Joe and Chauncey to be micromanaged the way Joe described at the trade deadline... and you'd think it would have stopped after the team went on the market. SMHBurt Kolde sitting court side tonight...
Can't wait for the team to sell.Burt Kolde sitting court side tonight...
Why do you think that? I had assumed they'd be the two bench bigs that come in. Hoping you don't mean because it's Grant starting.I think it's safe to safe those two are unlikely to play a lot of minutes together, so we won't have to worry about that.
I think the odds are greater than Yang is 3rd string and Grant is starting, than both of them being second unit guys. Why do you think that? I had assumed they'd be the two bench bigs that come in. Hoping you don't mean because it's Grant starting.
Meh... you put Deni in there with the two of them and he'd feast plus Yang will rebound, he's just too big not to. He will need time with everything but I like what it seems like he could be.I think it's safe to safe those two are unlikely to play a lot of minutes together, so we won't have to worry about that.

I’m going to say: Summer League shooting is so bad it’s actually harder for good players to rebound because the shots don’t look like professional shots.Meh... you put Deni in there with the two of them and he'd feast plus Yang will rebound, he's just too big not to. My theory is that they taught him to box out in the CBA, so he's letting others rebound right next to him. Of course, my son says that's copium....Meh... you put Deni in there with the two of them and he'd feast plus Yang will rebound, he's just too big not to. Have to vent on the ESPN crew just a bit.
First, today was the second time I watched them put up the graphic of our depth chart with Toumani as our backup shooting guard. They didn't put anyone on the depth chart twice.
Second, the guys announcing interviewed Chauncy at halftime and didn't seem to know very much about the Blazers. I guess I get it. They're doing all these games and preparation for these interviews probably isn't high on the priority list. They don't follow the team like we do. But it is annoying.
I'm not sure I agree...I think it's safe to safe those two are unlikely to play a lot of minutes together, so we won't have to worry about that.
Did I imagine it or did their depth chart list Love as the backup to Jrue with no mention of Scoot?Have to vent on the ESPN crew just a bit.

I think Timelord may play in front of Yang but Timelord doesn't ever play B2B, has averaged 13 games a season as a Blazer, and the team could even play both together at times.I think the odds are greater than Yang is 3rd string and Grant is starting, than both of them being second unit guys.
There are 8 guys on this roster who probably think they should start, so it's going to be interesting how to all plays out.
So the 84% of the games RW has been injured as a Blazer is when Yang plays as the primary backup? That's a lot.I'm fully prepared for Yang to get DNP's to start the season if Robert Williams is healthy. And I'm not knocking Yang...
