I would have to reread it but don't have time. I thought I just came out and told him that I thought it would be funny. Looking back it might be that he brought it up because someone already ratted him out and THEN I admitted it.

Either way, I wouldn't have Pm'd HCP when his friend got killed or even in April when he wrecked his new car if I was trying to get HCP fired. Just stupid.

I get why @bodyman5000 and 1 and @Orion Bailey are upset.
HCP has made a lot of people on this site not like him. I can name 10 accounts off the top of my head. Good thing this forum isn't a popularity contest.
Even with the suggestion in email, to assume those two did it is a little silly.
I didn't actually believe this happened until I read the email, HCP says a lot of bunk most times.

IIRC two people in the last 5 years have had their lives upended because they made racial slurs towards a minority.
Losing jobs, having their addresses posted, deleting social media, moving states etc.
The only thing HCP really does is bully others. Should that effect his job? IDTS. There are many bullies in this world with great jobs, big houses, lots of cars, and tons of money.
Should he want to not be seen as a bully? Yes, but that's his prerogative. He's made it very clear over the years that if someone asks him to stop being such an asshole to them. He's going to go in twice as hard. It's who he is.
But as I said before, that shouldn't effect his job.

A couple of points I'd like to make concerning this @THE HCP, because to me all this stuff is weird....and I'm going to stay away from the whole who called the Blazers and all that stuff because I don't want to interfere with the investigation...but here are my 2 points:

1. I have not been here for too long, but I have not once, not one single time, read something The HCP wrote and thought, "That guy is bullying that other guy." Because isn't he just kidding around all the time? Like all the time? I mean, I guess joking can be bullying, but it is literally all in jest! This is surely a case of some serious misreading. My default is to joke too, so maybe my perception is skewed.

2. This is a Trail Blazer forum. We are all here because we love the Trail Blazers (except @Blazers1977 and that @AldoTrapani guy of course) and the motherfucking HCP works for the Blazers! He literally works for the team that we all love and follow! The players know his name! It's pretty cool. He is and should be a VIP in the forum. That doesn't mean you have to like him...I mean, who would? BUT there is no denying what he has to offer to the forum, whether it is actual insight into the team or potential creepy trips to his video van.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say that stuff.

You were banned because of personal insults to members of the forum and staff. Now I understand that you claim otherwise but lets see if you really believe that. A couple of days later, he posts another article. There aren't pages of stuff from him complaining about his being a victim, like from some others.

If he weren't on the OT board, it would be very boring and the IQ level lower. Maris is the heart of the OT board, and should be the last person, if any, banned.

The only time I ever discussed anything like this with someone else was with Body and it had nothing to do with contacting the Blazers. It had everything to do with making HCP THINK someone had. To be fair, I think you live in the midwest (so far away from a majority of us). Quite a few of us know OB outside of the forum, know where he lives, knows at least some personal information about him. So its not just some anonymous thing for him.

Anyone here worth respecting would openly admit what he/she did. But I’d say only 10% of folks here are worthy of respect and self-respect. Keyboard cowboys and cowards.
