A stadium in the 'burbs?

That's so nimby of you.

You want it as close to downtown as you can get.
Not if you loathe baseball as much as I do. I'd prefer it to not even be in the 'burbs - but if we do happen to get a team I don't want it to be anywhere near where I live, work or play.
Now if we get NHL - put that right smack dab in the middle!

Grimm is back tonight

and more importantly . . . "Little People, Big World" returns to Helvetia for new season

Love Grimm. They shoot in our neighborhood all the time......no the suburbs. Wonder why?

Because NE is so cool and bitchin and the suburbs are so uncool and suck.

Of course Grimm isn't the only one who shoots in your neighborhood as just today another shooting in the NE

That's Gateway son! That's almost Gresham compared to where we live.

You realize this is true though right. I can bet you they didn't send pre-production teams out to fucking Beaverton or Tigard to do shooting location surveys. Wonder why?

probably more to do with the age of the houses/locations than anything. Tigard and Beavertron are newer developments.

Culture vs mcmansions and strip malls my friend.

Julius, you're probably a westsider huh?!?!

That's what is funny is you think it is true. I don't care what's cool and uncool.

Pre-production teams? . . . how about world class athletes come to Oregon to visit Beaverton. They don't give a shit about Ptd, but you can find a top name athlete on any given day at the Nike campus . . . in Beaverton. And Knight must be Mr. Uncool for living in Hillsboro.

At some point it's not about what is cool. It's about what you want out of life. Believe it or not some put schools, safe neighborhoods, and creature comforts above 'culture coolness." Understand that is not you, but try to understand not everybody wants the so called cool neighborhood.

what part of Tigard and Beavertron are you hanging out in that there are McMansions?

Ha ha....this guy is claiming the NIKE campus as the best thing out there. I love it. I won't claim the adidas campus though....they just happened to put here in town.

People move out to the burbs when they want their kids to go to better schools. Wonder why?

Fez will you start a All Things Beaverton/Tigard/Gresham/Clackamas/and any other god forsaken hell hole you can think of threads.......It doesn't seem fair for my city to be getting all this love when there are so many amazing suburban towns out there. They can all share pictures and other things that represent there areas.

I got it, All Things Suburbs
