Would you prefer the more-quiet Miller whose poor judgment led him to be involved in a murder?
I am VERY glad the Blazers don't have to deal with that can of worms.
Most overhyped pg in league history.....thats why Jordan didn't take him....I’m just saying that there are a lot of people talking about him being the PG for the next decade. Hasn’t played a game yet and he supposedly can’t shoot from deep. These things along with his personality are a change of pace from what we’ve been used to with someone 99% of us have loved.
Scoot pushes the pace, attacks the basket with ferocity, and keeps his options open pass/shoot/attack and is an excellent passer.I’m just saying that there are a lot of people talking about him being the PG for the next decade. Jordan, the GM/owner with the fantastic track record. Most overhyped pg in league history.....thats why Jordan didn't take him....
So why didn't the Spurs pass on Wembanyama? He's the most-hyped player in the history of the NBA.Most overhyped pg in league history.....thats why Jordan didn't take him....

It's not a strawman.I sense a strawman coming…
didn't do to bad with Lmelo & Williams.Jordan, the GM/owner with the fantastic track record.
It's not just us though.... it's everyone. So many analysts think this dude is going to be great.I really hope he is as good as you guys think he is.
At minimum, he should provide several things the Blazers are missing: someone who will push the pace, someone who will find Shaedon Sharpe more often in transition and half court, someone who will promote more player movement in the half court, someone who has to be considered by the defense as a constant threat to drive to the basket.I really hope he is as good as you guys think he is.

If you're concerned about his numbers, look at Jaden Hardy.I get bad vibes, too. I’d love for him to prove me and all doubters wrong, though. He seems arrogant and his numbers don’t stack up to his hype. If this is the pivotal point where we move on from Dame, he has some gigantic shoes to fill.
“That is an interesting look into the personality of Scoot Henderson. Henderson can be someone cerebral, a student of the game through and through. He said that he’s studying Andre Miller, one of the smartest point guards ever.”
Elite athleticism and cerebral - rare combination
I sure hope he does.If you're concerned about his numbers, look at Jaden Hardy.
Hardy shot 27% on 3-pointers for G-league Ignite. One season later, his 3-point shooting percentage went way up to 40% in the actual NBA.
Not saying it will happen for Scoot, but it could improve enough.
This just in. Scoot just farted.

I was listening to RCR this morning and they had a analyst on (I can't remember the name) who said that Scoot was miles ahead of everyone else except Wemby.
You only can go so much on highlights, but watching him beat Wembanyama several times one-on-one, getting to the rim and finishing, it's hard to doubt the upside he brings to the table. Wemby's this elite shot-blocker with good lateral movement, but Scoot still could get to his shot consistently.
Why ugh??
Why ugh??
Scoot the Toot! This just in. Scoot just farted.
We don't know how much they debated. It wouldn't surprise me if Kupchak was told to work other teams to get them to trade into the #2 slot. For most other teams, they had Scoot rated higher than Miller.Yeah, but he sure debated it to the end, when he opted for the better fit next to Ball. I think the issue for us fans at this point is we did not watch him like we did those playing in college. We still have no idea how good or over-hyped he may be.
His name has double O in it… makes senseI think it's a bad look to pick a number anywhere near zero.
