By the look of tha im assuming you either have GIMP or photofiltre, and not photoshop. Anyways the pic quality is horrible, the bg just looks blury and staticky, the text is horrible and hard to read, and the border doesnt look good in this. If you dont have photoshop ill give you a 5/10, because i know its a lot harder to make good sigs w/ other programs not named photoshop, but if you do have it then a 3/10

I did it with Photofiltre I wish I had Photoshop I would make my sig much better but I tryed to make them good thanks for the ranking and he wore Bucks jersey also.

Background is extremely too sharp, it kills the sig, its also why none of us could read the text, and pic quality is horrible
