Cliff Alexander is Thomas Robinson minus two years and an inch or two.
I'm excited to see what Cliff Alexander can do.

For one being a top 5 pick, and the other going undrafted, there are certainly a lot of physical and statistical similarities between theses two player.

Thomas Robinson, freshman year (2009-10) per 40 min (Kansas):

- Weight: 237 lbs
- Wingspan: 7'3.25"
- Standing Reach: 8'10"
- Body Fat: 5.0%

- 3.1 blocks (*)
- 48.5% fg
- 4.4 turnovers
- 7.3 fouls
- PER: 16.2

Cliff Alexander, freshman year (2014-15) per 40 min (Kansas):

Not to mention that Alexander only had an underutilized freshman year, whereas Robinson had three years at Kansas. Alexander was lucky to get away from Bill Self so soon. I can't wait to see him develop.

Davis and Aminu will garner the minutes.

Alexander: 9'2" reach
Robinson: 8'10" reach

That's a huge difference.

God I wish we would have traded him. The more I learn about that guy, the less I want him on my team. It really seems like he was a fragile, immature, entitled douche. Good riddance indeed.

Didn't you notice how LA would jack up those terrible shots, with plenty of time left on the clock? It's like he just wanted to make sure he got enough shots.

Has anyone heard any reports from the summer workouts in terms of how the players are playing? The pictures are nice, but it sure would be nice to hear something like "Harkless is shooting 60% from three in 5-on-5 play."

Meyers Leonard has put on 50 pounds of muscle, but can still dunk from the FT line.

Yep. As everyone who memorizes my posts will recall, I am no fan of Bill Self.

Just saw Ed Davis and Noah Vonleh at the Washington Square Mall, they came into the Body Shop when I was in there with my wife. There was another tall black guy that was skinnier, didn't recognize him, maybe it was Harkless? A friend saw Lillard there on a weeknight and got a signed jersey. They seem to like that mall.

Nice. That's funny I was just wondering today if guys would be spotted out and about round town.

You noticed that too, eh? I've seen more than a few there myself. They seem to like Cheesecake Factory while they're there also.

You know I can't say anything specific.....but i was out at the PF this morning getting my annual flu shot, and it was awesome to see our boys back at it, but I needed a damn game program just to know who the players were out there! Talked to Dame and he is pumped to get it going! #ripcity

i knew dame was a humble guy, even gives the gardener a few minutes of his time.

Alexander has been playing a lot of center in this camp.

With his 9'2" reach and skillset I think this is his natural position.

Did you tell Dame about our bet? That you don't think he'll win 20 games? Tell him that Sinobas believes in him!

I noticed that Montero seems to be playing PG. It would be nice to have a tall PG next to McCollum.

I'm not super optimistic Montero will work out, but what a big help it would be if he could. Just being able to come in for 10-15 min/game, initiate the offense and not turn the ball over, play a bit of defense. That would help out Dame and CJ a lot.
