We ALL saw the horror of 9/11. It was utterly impossible not to be aware of it. But I personally blame our government and our “intelligence” community more than I blame the Islamic whackjobs because (I sincerely believe) they saw it coming and they let it happen, either willfully or stupidly. It was the perfect excuse to topple a thorn in our side AND turn almost unimaginable profits by the military industrial complex. It was the same kind of shit that has gone on ever since the end of WWII. Money, money, money. If you honestly want to see that it never happens again, then hold your government responsible for criminal malfeasance......

I didn't say that to undermine American importance as an ally to Israel. I personally am very fond of American colture, music, cinema, basketball obviously, but I think now it's in Israel's best interest that you didn't threaten Iran to the point they'd feel the need to threaten us, like Iraq did during the Golf war, like they did during the Ahmedinijad administration when your troops were fighting in two neighbouring countries.
Hassan Ruhani is not Ahmedinijad, he's even a liberal.
I need you to find a way to pressure them into waivering their missiles plan for example but not in a way that would threaten them, I also don't think that this is the best way to make them listen

Radical Islamists did. What's the difference?

The difference is Al Qaeda vs. Taliban. Americans are denied the freedom to read what the opponents of the U.S. believe, so I don't understand the difference, though U.S. war propaganda keeps saying there is a difference. I suspect that Al Qaeda is more intellectual and theoretical, and Taliban more practical because they actually lead a country (unofficially, and apparently will again officially after current negotiations conclude).

You are unaware of American sanctions on Iran? There are articles everyday proudly crowing over the decrease in standard of living that sanctions will soon cause. Read the news before you belittle as being crazy, those more informed than you.

Let’s just say, how can I put this?, I’m not unaware of what’s going on, but my sources are not CNN.
I’m also unaware which part of sanctions deal with raping Iran for their resources or building a US empire centered in Tehran.
I’m further unaware of what fresh new things are threatening Iran. The sanctions started in November. And the rial had been getting crushed for a year before that apart from any sanctions or lifted sanctions. I guess funding terrorist organizations isn’t the economic boon it once was?
Finally, I’m unaware which part of the behavior the sanctions were levied against is imperialist. We decided about 75 years ago that genocide was not a good thing. Much of the world agreed. If one doesn’t, especially based on what one reads from the “news”, I can’t help you.

Never ever did I express support of all that. I only express support for defending ourselves against people who would slaughter thousands of innocent Americans. Bombing other countries into oblivion and overthrowing their governments is not defense. If we actually used the resources we exhaust on intervention on a legitimate defense 9/11 would’ve been prevented.
