Wow, that seems like quite the overreaction. He's not offering to decide for you.

barfo

Yet. He's already decided quite a bit for me, when it comes to health care.

This is the guy who had a major role in defining ObamaCare.

If it is my time to go at 75, then so be it. I don't want this evil asshole deciding for me.

Lets take this a step further

This guy bases a lot of his argument on productivity towards society. Fuck it, lets take age out of the equation. That would remove a lot of voters that would stand behind this shit bag.

And a lot of voters who wouldn't, as well.

I was shooting for 65. I beat this dude by 10 years!

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

I want to live long enough to see any grandchildren I might get. With as late as I started, I might have to live to 80 to see them. I doubt I'll live much longer than that, anyway.

No way man! You are going to live an eternity!

you know, Barfo, you have a good point...after all it took over fifty percent to vote in the leading clown

You kind a remind me when I was play golf. I was telling folks I was getting close to scoring my age. But time kept on pace and I stayed about the same.
Then I realized the achievement was going to be much good, I was going to make it but I still wasn't going to break 80.
Screw it, I moved on.

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

He's free to off himself at any time. The world would be a better place.

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

A sad man with self esteem deficiencies and a distorted image of how other people think, live and adjust to later life.

But he had little to do with Obamacare. That's Mitt Romney's creation.

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

Don't be fooled, this isn't about one guy wanting to die before he risks the infirmities of old age--this is about death panels.

The only reason that mandatory age limits (of 75) weren't included in Obamacare was because patriots decried death panels and made them politically unfeasible back then. How do you make them politically feasible again? With blatant advertisements for how it's wonderful to die early...you know, like this article.

Yeah, that guy with the opinion I disagree with contributes less than nothing to the entire planet. He should kill himself

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

His graph for productivity and creativity shows 80 year olds in a virtual tie with 25 year olds. Strong argument against his own premise. Then again, in his case his mental acuity is deteriorating, if his article is at all representative.

Guys like him CAN make policy that will decide if you get medical care at 75.

It's ironic that you'd argue the constitution is a worthless piece of paper and government grants us our liberties. Well, why wouldn't they grant us the right to live or not past 75 in your version of the future?

Besides, if they don't have to dole out Social Security benefits past 75, there's more money to spend on booze and hookers.

I haven't read this thread, but every time I see the title I figure it's either about nudity, farting, or pooping out in the bushes alongside a road.

It's ironic that you'd argue that pedophilia is perfectly okay and that you'd engage in it if it were legal.

SO MANY IRONIC THINGS!

One of us is making stuff up, and it isn't me.

How bizarre you are sometimes.

Sure, link me the post where I've argued that the Constitution is worthless.

Living document. Worthless. No real distinction.

Government should not restrict us. Denny should be able to legally have sex with children. No real distinction.

As you can see, you've advocated for pedophilia as much as I've argued the Constitution is worthless. Not sure what the problem here, is. Other than you being for pedophilia, of course.

You are being absurd. You have argued the constitution is a living docent. If it can be ignored at will or by fiat, then it is worthless.

You only think the clauses you care about matter. But if you allow govt. to pick and choose, then nothing is off limits. Including right to life, liberty, and all the rest.

Feel free to make the case they can't say, "it's a living document after all" and eliminate any of the rights enumerated.

I'll watch you struggle with the impossible logic to it as much as you love the pedophilia nonsense.

I'm absurd, but you favor pedophilia? We'll have to leave it at that.

We'll have to leave it at the point we agree: you're absurd.

I see your posts are living documents, too.

Re: An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes

At least you didn't call that hairy-chested guy a docent again. It might start a fight.

Time for more schooling. You fail simple reading comprehension.
