You are not really unbiased then, you just think you are.

Why is that?
I don't have a problem calling balls and strikes for both teams Barf. There's enough of those on any side.
Then, in your definition/qualifications whats it take to be unbiased?

Let's leave Trump and Biden's balls out of this

Because you demonstrate bias when you say "Adam Schiff seems very Shifty to me".

If has done something shifty, then it would be unbiased to say he's shifty.
But that's not what you said. You said he 'seems shifty'.
That's not calling a ball or a strike. That's saying you don't like pitchers that have beards.

My goodness! This is sinful.

Not at all. Everyone has biases. We should try to be aware of what they are, because that helps us avoid bad decisions.

You are incorrect, there is a law. It is 50 USC § 3033
barfo

That is a law.

The appropriate parties determined that the complaint was not factual, credible, or supported by the facts. They further noted the complaint was 100% hearsay presented by a 2020 Dem candidate employee who has no security clearance to be given access to such communications between world leaders and the deep state leaker is being searched for and hopefully will be prosecuted.

Oh, he's been thrown stuff against the wall hoping it will stick for some time and he's a politician thats what they do. The same with his republican counterpart. Whatever..
and its a high inside fast ball for a strike.

This already failed attempt at impeachment is the Dem party admitting that they have no possible way to win in 2020 by vote.

Impeachment, which will go nowhere, is their only option other than assassination, which is what I expect they will eventually attempt.

No, such a small % of gun nuts hate Trump. Shootings are not normally in their DNA. Thats a right wing thing.

President of Ukraine just blew the whole fake complaint out of the water and basically mocked the Dem’s in front of the whole world.

Followed by the euthanization of all Trump supporters. Finally you understand our plan.

The Inspector General shall report immediately to the Director whenever the Inspector General becomes aware of particularly serious or flagrant problems, abuses, or deficiencies relating to programs and activities within the responsibility and authority of the Director of National Intelligence.
(B) The Director shall transmit to the congressional intelligence committees each report under subparagraph (A) within 7 calendar days of receipt of such report, together with such comments as the Director considers appropriate.

Something wrong with this law @barfo. Since the DNI and the IG both work for the chief executive, the only source of Executive power in the US under the Constitution, it is not logical to have a law requiring a one employee report to congress where the Chief executive can only be exercising his lawful duties.

It just can't be. The DNI has no responsibility or authority that he does not inherit directly from the President. So they can not be his alone.

Sorry, but the President is not a king, no matter how much you and he want that to be true. Congress does have the right to pass laws, and those laws can bind administration officials to do certain things. And it makes perfect sense for whistleblower reports.

Does being a whistle blower in this new political environment pay well?
I cant imagine with how BIASED the networks, TV/Web are with politics, that things will be different 10 years from now, if we are still a republic. What are the requirements to become a WB?

Don't waste your time @barfo; trying to argue law with him becomes a useless exercise - where facts, law, and precedent are ignored - rather quickly.

Get up to speed.

Assassinations are mostly blamed on plane crashes or natural causes nowadays, a quick cursory rubber stamp “investigation” and no further mention by the fake news.

This whole thing is yet another example of how bad Democrats are at this. This should be so goddamn easy to win. There is enough to blow Trump away. However, the right will go for the Biden/son issue and it goes from a 22% kind of dodgy thing into a 100% scandal. So head it off at the pass. Come out and investigate Biden. He either is guilty of something sketchy or he isnt. Take the wind out of the Republican sails - 'yeah, we agree, we should check into Joe too. lets do this. if he did something wrong he's done as well'. On to Warren for President. This is like the Warriors playing the fucking Hornets and its game 6 and they cant solve Marvin Williams. Its ridiculous Democrats cant figure this out. They dont need Biden. This should have started a long time ago. Create so much chaos with investigations into the corruption (there are probably fifty things that could fall under this) and flush this dufus out.

Maybe a picture will help you understand...

Failed attempt? LMFAO! They just opened the impeachment inquiry today. Already 211 reps have said they would vote impeachment so only need 8 more. The only reason it will fail is the spineless republican senate.

Nope. It makes no sense.

So you think administration officials should be above the law. Not just the president but all of them.

I don't think the constitution says "Congress shall make no law that infringes on the rights of the executive branch to do whatever the hell it wants, no matter what".
