Apple TV? Roku? Other?

I'm looking into purchasing one of these boxes for streaming. Any recommendations or feedback from personal experience?

Netflix via PS3 for me.

I don't play video games. The purpose of getting one of these is to get rid of cable and stream TV and movies off the internet, NetFlix etc.

I don't play games on the PS3. I use it to watch blu ray, to stream music from my computer, and now for Netflix. My kids use it for games when they come by for a visit though.

Netflix doesn't stream TV, just old shows that are on DVD. When they do, a lot of people will drop cable and satellite probably.

For example, I want to stream 20/20 from ABC.com from the computer to the TV. Or use Hulu, Hulu+

Not sure... If you want current TV shows do not get Netflix, its only older shows and not all of them either. I use Netflix on my Xbox 360 though, but I wish Netflix did more.

Looks like people watch ABC shows on PS3, at least since 2008.

BTW, my PS3 is connected to the internet, directly to my firewall/wifi router. Thus it can stream video and netflix type stuff without a need for a computer in the mix.
