To me, Grant seems more likely at the deadline. It should be now, but it feels deadliney to me

now that's pretty significant

I'm not sure how they got the 18M differential in salaries to work. Must be more to the trade

Brooklyn has capspace. Even after this trade they need to spend like ~11M to get to the salary floor.

Good for Denver! Would they have beaten OKC this year if they had Johnson instead of the very ineffective Porter JR?

That's less than I expected Cam to go for, though. I thought they'd turned down much better offers for him.

I feel like every year around this time and the deadline there’s so much movement of players that seem plausible. Then we hit the scrap heap and hear a press conference from Joe in grovely voice saying we kicked the tires but not much made sense.

Wouldn't have minded LaRavia or Jerome, but not losing sleep over any of this.

I'm not tripping on free agency. I want Jerami to be traded and I would love to hear that we're actually flipping Jrue. Both guys should be able to bring back multiple pieces to give us a very strong bench behind our young starting lineup.

I'm not holding my breath for those moves but think they are more likely to help us compete than anything we could get done in free agency.

I think if Portland plays their cards right they just might be able to buy out someone else or maybe sign an intriguing two way player
