PG and 'Bron to the Lakers...... the rivalry will once again be back.

Talk about sour grapes. IND fucked up the situation, and Pritchard let personal feelings get in the way of doing his job. Now, they want the league to enact some sort of vengeance for them for their own incompetence.

As much as I hate the Lakers with every fiber of my being, IND has no one to blame but themselves for fucking this up.

BNM

Give them the death penalty. Shut the program down for two years. No televised games the third year.
What it should mean, IMO, is that if found to have committed tampering, the Lakers should be banned form obtaining Paul George in any manner.

Plus about a billion dollar fine to be shared among the other franchises. ;)

It's funny that it's Larry Bird who's supposed to be mad, and it's Magic Johnson who's supposed to have contacted Paul George. The 80s are back!

What teams are they from left to right? :dunno:

If found guilty, the Lakers should have to forfeit all their championships and Hall of Famers.

and 20 years of future draft pics, courtside seating moved back 30 rows from the court, televised and streaming censorship except when playing the blazers........

Meh, I can't stand Green as much as the next man but that was really benign. Vonleh shoulda whammed on him and then he'd have nothing to say.

He literally said, "ok Noah. Watch out now."

That was a .5 on a scale from 1-10 on the bitchmade meter.
Perhaps on Green's spectrum of bitchmade actions, it rates low. But an All-Star, All-NBA player calling out a marginal NBA player who may not make it much further than his rookie contract is pretty pathetic, IMO. Just like KG woofing at Bayless.
Way to go, Draymond - you blocked a well below average kid's dunk attempt. You're such a beast.

I think it was just banter for a cool blocked shot.

It was more of a shout out than a call out. A call out usually requires a challenge to be made. More like "I see you Noah". It was really nothing to blow out of proportion. The fact that it was Green just makes it that much more douchey.

I spent the last few days in Indiana and people are actually excited about Oladipo since he went to IU. That might've played a part in KP's decision making.

Fair enough. At this point I am unable to be unbiased about anything Green does.

I agree, and I hate Green...

Actually I'm more surprise by the fact that he knows Vonleh's name !

These MFers could've had Noah. He went their. He makes 1000% less money than Oladipo. He's younger. He and Turner would be a good fit in the frontcourt. And he could've had 3 picks and Harkless as well.

Can't defend KP with that logic.

Not sure how credible this is
Dwyane Wade Reportedly Expected to Join Cavaliers at Some Point This Season - Bleacher Report
https://apple.news/A_PIwiGEJQJ2eWEWbHk4sHA

There's no actual reporting, it's speculation that Chicago will want to buy out Wade sometime after the trade deadline.

I don't know why it would be helpful to Chicago at that point, since he's a UFA after the season, but maybe they'd do it as a favor to Wade.

Great trade for the Cavs. Considering their circumstances. Isiah Thomas ain't no slouch. Him and Lebron should be really interesting. Plus you thrown in Crowder, AND picks. You couldn't ask for a better return considering their circumstances

Irving 18.9mil
vs
Thomas - 6.3mil
Crowder - 6.8mil
Zizic - 1.6mil

Celtics have to send out about 3mil more salary to match.
Brown or Smart prolly going to the Cavs if the trade happens. Unless the Cavs are willing to accept 1mil contracts then cut to get to 17.

I will say though.
I think Thomas fits better next to LBJ than Irving does.
Maybe that's because I think Irving is overrated and should be putting up better numbers/shooting a higher % playing next to LBJ.
Maybe it's because Kemba as the #1 option on his team put up very similar numbers & shot a very similar % as Irving.
