At least THIS year they should give LeBron the Finals MVP even when the Warriors win. He oughtta get something for dragging that sorry bunch to the Finals.

Could the Rockets use Even Turner?
I don't think you can see Chris Paul. The Rockets don't even look sad and the Warriors aren't that excited.
Just give him regular season MVPAt least THIS year they should give LeBron the Finals MVP even when the Warriors win. He oughtta get something for dragging that sorry bunch to the Finals.
Who wants to have a party over at clutchfans (viewing only, no posting) IF they do in fact lose?!
And we are a dynasty of misery, despair, and impotence.I heard the rockets were going to be a dynasty?
A dynasty of excuses!
OMG.....it will be the Warriors against the Cavs! Who could have possibly imagined it? So much drama this season wondering who would make the Finals!
EXCITING!!!
Congratulations NBA, you guys have effectively killed your sport. You guys have made the regular season pointless, and the first 3 rounds of the playoffs a runner-up contest.
You have effectively made a die-hard basketball fan who doesn't watch hockey more interested in the Stanley Cup Finals than you're crappy championship.
No parity, all repetition. Why don't we make the Cavaliers and Warriors play 15 seven-game series all year and have the other 28 teams compete for a runner-up championship? And then afterwards, maybe we can do a fantasy draft so that there can be more than two teams vying for the championship? That last 6 years, it's LeBron vs. Curry, or LeBron vs. Duncan.
In the NHL, an expansion team made the finals.
Fix your goddamn league.
I do not get what is so great about James Harden. He's not special at all.
I don’t think any of us want another warriors Cavs series but what can you do? Lebron is amazing and the east sucks and only one team in the west could give the warriors a decent challenge and honestly the rockets of any team in the league had the best chance of beating the warriors, I could honestly see the Cavs getting swept

It's the Warriors and LeBron playing so well. Plus, injuries to Kawhi, Kevin, Kyrie, and CP3 have helped the Warriors through it all. Not their fault but has made things easier on him. If Boston and Houston had made it, which very nearly happened, would you still be complaining?Congratulations NBA, you guys have effectively killed your sport. Two Game 7s in the conference finals? Not boring at all.No shit. Its fucking Boring with a capital B.
NBA has been this way for a long time. Usually a couple dominate teams. Many more dynasties or close to being dynasties in NBA history than other leagues. No matter how much the same finals over and over stinks, it doesn't seem to hurt the league. You still watched to this point even though you knew the outcome. The NBA is printing money these days.Congratulations NBA, you guys have effectively killed your sport. Yep. Not sure what BonesJones is saying when he says the NBA "killed (their) sport." The NBA is as successful as ever. 14 highly watched conference finals games. Tons of stars in the Finals. Will get great ratings. NBA doing great.NBA has been this way for a long time. Usually a couple dominate teams. Many more dynasties or close to being dynasties in NBA history than other leagues. That's what people said when GS was up 3-1 in 2016. We'll see. LeBron is better this year than he was last year.We know exactly what is going to happen

https://abcnews.go.com/Sports/spurs-coach-gregg-popovich-pointer-circus-sort-thing/story?id=35689660I'm starting to think the 3 pt shot is bothering basketball...if they were all 2 pt shots we'd see a lot less chucking from deep...seems like the team hitting 3's can't lose.
Enough. Then why are you posting on a basketball message board?I am very, VERY proud to say I did not watch a second of the NBA playoffs except for a few minutes of the blazers games.
In my case as soon as the Blazers are out, it hasn't drawn me into watching many playoff games afterwards...sometimes I'll watch a quarter...it hasn't really entertained me the way it used to.Yep.
