Ja Morant is back and the Grizzlies have gone back to losing. Down 9 to OKC right now.

I haven’t been paying attention to the NBA since the Blazers have been losing, I didn’t realize how bad a lot of other teams were. After watching the PHI/BOS game, all things considered, I’d rather be us than the Celtics, Mavs, Pels, Lakers, etc…

If we happen to slip out of the playoff hunt, I think a gutted roster for tradeable salary, young expirings, and 4-6 1sts for the next few years would be huge. One tanking year doesn’t make our situation any worse than those teams mentioned, especially if Dame is serious about signing a 2 year extension.

Using the extra cap space to fill up with vets on 1 year deals would give up cap space in 2023 to go after someone. Porzingis, Middleton, Draymond, Jokic, Wiggins, Barnes, Gallinari, Grant, Turner, Wood all possibly in that free agency class.

Damn the Lakers are still above .500?! They seem like they lose a lot

Anyone saw CP3 scold Shamet for not helping the camera man… Damn what a leader.

Is it too late to re-sign Stoudamire and Sheed for a 10 day contract?

Jokic with a monster game tonight: 29 pts, 21 reb.
.
.
.
Except it took him 34 shots and he got blocked by Ish Smith when the game still was in doubt with about a minute left in a loss to the Hornets. Nuggets fall back under .500.

Kemba Walker was flirting with a triple double. He had 44pts 9 rebounds and 8 assists tonight.

As much as everyone's jumping out the window about the Blazers, after tonight there'll probably be 5 teams in the West over .500.

Curry is really a better player than Dame… Lakers are a garbage team like the Blazers

Warriors have 18 players on their roster. Why do we only have 14 with two recovering from injuries?

Dame had 60+ points 3 times in one season. Curry has never done that. Dame hit 12 threes in a playoff game. Curry’s never done that. Dame is 1-0 in play-in. Curry is 0-2. Dame can dunk. Curry can’t. I could go on and on. If Dame switched places with Curry, he has 5 rings. Curry has 3.

Lakers manage to lose at home by 28 to a sub-.500 team while shooting nearly 50% and producing two 30-point scorers. And Dijounte Murray shot 3-16.

How did that happen? The Spurs shot 18 for 39 from 3. The Lakers were 5-for-27 from 3 and 17-for-30 at the line.

I love it even though Spurs passed us in the standings.

But can you come up with something that matters in terms of which player is better? Because none of those qualify.

Curry is a more efficient scorer on similar volume. He's a much better defender. He's a better rebounder. Curry even has a higher career Assist Rate, despite sharing the duties with Draymond Green in a pretty egalitarian offensive system.

It's Drexler versus Jordan all over again. Drexler was a great player, Jordan was just clearly better in pretty much every facet of the game. It's okay to admit that while appreciating Drexler or Lillard.

I don’t know why people think Curry is like this god of a shooter. He misses more than he makes.
