Anyone a doctor? Is a quad tendon tear better for Oladipo long term than an ACL tear?
Get well soon VO... Nate McMillan has seen this before, knee season ending injuries.

As I recall, Kawhi's issues last year were quad related, hence TP's comments about having had the same injury and coming back sooner than Kawhi did.

Stotts seems to think he is. Go argue with him.... please!
In the past he has shown to be VERY key, but with him missing so many games this year, it's been tough for him to get in the flow. I love players like Mo though..... don't have to run a single play for them, yet they can really help you win.

I guess it's worse than we thought. Per Shams, his quad tendon has disappeared entirely. Thoughts and prayers for the rest of his leg, which was apparently not worthy...

Edit: Jerk deleted his tweet due to all the mocking his typo received. Fortunately, it still exists in my tweetdeck, so I can post the screen shot

Disappeared? Wow

Twitter needs an edit feature.
It is pretty understandable why they don't though. You could have 1000s of likes on a tweet that was of a particular viewpoint and then switch the text to the opposite after. People would be none too happy.

I don't know much about Indiana since Nate started there but in Portland he sure ran his starters into the ground....never played his bench much ...and had a lot of injury issues...hope that's not the case with Oladipo..he's a great player.

Interesting tweet brought up recently, indicating that 'Dipo's leg was in bad shape at the beginning of December.

No word yet on whether or not his ligaments are also being raptured.

@HCP I agree 'Good Mo' can have a very big impact. We just don't get to see that version very often it seems.

It's typically not as serious as an acl, but like any surgery it can vary. Expect a 4-6 month recovery.

My understanding is a quad tendon tear is worse than an ACL.

I heard that Hardens big scoring night came without 1 assist. I no Paul is hurt but my goodness ISO ball anyone.
There is some funny score keeping going on. They want this streak to continue nfor some reason. There are some clips on reddit that clearly show he scored of an assist in this period but the score keepers didn't record it.

I'm referring to the last five game streak that is out there, not just the last game.

I've noticed quite a few times lately in Blazer games where the stats didn't line up with what I just saw. I wonder if there is a push to keep the streak alive or just errors in record keeping.

Great night for Russ! Wow 119th career Triple Double.

Back when CP3 was with the Hornets it was widely known that scorekeepers would credit him with assists even when they didn't fit the definition of an assist.

Go back even further and it was a running joke that the home stats people in SLC would give Stockton assists in the layup line. He’d already have 4 or 5 before tip.
