I don't see the issue....Neil Olshey is still good friends with Kim Hughes....Barrett has always been really close friends with Joel Przybilla even when Joel retired with the Bucks....Dame is friends with Tim Frazier...these guys don't have to lose friendships over job changes.

He is not a top 20 point guard at all.

Westbrook, Curry, Irving, Walker, Thomas, Bledsoe, Conley, Schroder, Lowry, Lillard, Dragic, Wall, Paul, Harden, Beverley, Hill, Rubio, Holiday, Teague are all WAY better than him. That's already 19 players. Then you have players like Williams, Rose etc. who are fading but still better and a host of not great but decent enough players like Dellavedova, Barea or Payton who are better too, not to mention the significant number of upcoming young talents like Fox, Smith, Ball, Fultz and Ntilikina who will also be preferred to Jennings 10 times out of 10.

Jennings is complete trash. He doesn't belong in the league. He's an awful defender, doesn't make his teammates better, and is a chucker with a career TS% of less than 50%. That's horrible. He doesn't do one good thing on the court, all he does is shoot a ton of shots.

Hell, Jennings is a poor mans Patty Mills. Jennings is Mills without the efficiency...

Others who are much better than him: Reggie Jackson, Marcus Smart (who's basically Jennings if he was a great defender and shot less), D'Angelo Russell, Milos Teodosic, Shaun Livingston, Rajon Rondo...

But has Patty Mills ever dropped 55? lol Jennings isn't a total scrub but he isn't an NBA starter that's for sure, he's gonna average like 40 in China, I mean Jimmer was MVP over there lol

Good calls. Not sure about Teodosic before he starts playing in the league though.
 
I'd also rather have Jeremy Lin than Jennings, to toss one more onto the pile.
