Crabbe's steal and score was something he brought to the team last year. No one else did it as much as he did. Is he Chris Paul or Tony Allen, no. But it is something he brought to the table. Or did he not get 54 steals last season? Look it up for yourself.
He got steals at the same rate as MlLillard and McCollum. He did it once every 5 games or so. Hardly anything to write home about.

Stop overrating our shitty role players.

No, it's not. Crabbe was the worst defender on a bad defensive team, But, whatever...

BNM

And Korver was the worst defender on a team that had Lebron making them all look better than they actually are.

I'm glad you're not our GM.
I'm glad your not either, so i wouldn't have to witness you going Steve Balmer on the sidelines every time new $20M a year signees Donald Sloan and Jordan Hill scored while were down 30 to the Brooklyn Nets.

I didn't say he was an All Star. I just said I don't mind him on our team. I even said I wouldn't shed a tear if we traded him.

So much wrong here. First, Blazer isn't a GM. Two, I don't have to be our GM ago go Balmer on the sidelines. Third, I would never sign either of those guys. Are either or them even in the league anymore?

You say that like it's supposed to be impressive. We, as a team, were tied for 25th in steals. We, as a team, do not get a lot of steals.

Crabbe got 54 steals in 2254 minutes. That is not an impressive feat. Harkless had 85 steals in fewer minutes played. Aminu had 60 steals in 500 fewer minutes. Turner had 53 steals in 600 fewer minutes. Plumlee had 50 steals in 700 fewer minutes. Shabazz had 32 steals in only 512 total minutes (over 2000 fewer minutes played than Crabbe). In terms of STL/36 or STL%, Crabbe was one of the worst on the team. And again we, as a team, were one of the worst in the league at getting steals.

No matter how much you insist on it Crabbe is below average at getting steals and when you are below average at something it is, by definition, not a strength.

You said he's a good player and one of our best when in actuality he's trash. I would be more effective dribbling the ball against an NBA defense then he would. Dude looks like a 4-year old dribbling who's about to faceplant on the ball and who's shot is a midieval catapult that's trying to lob a boulder over a 500 foot wall.

Stats inflated by one single game where he played above himself in a 30 point deficit.

Next.
He was big in playoffs vs Warriors and Clippers the year before. An easy he was big do Mavs the year before. He plays good D, shoots better than you think, rebounds the ball, make plays that don't show up in boxscore, and does it whether he starts or not with no complaints. And we're paying him, what? 7 Mill a year? Who would you rather have? Iggy? He ain't coming here even if we have the cap space. Aminu wanted to be here.

It's pointless King. I had the same discussion about Crabbe you are having now with those two last Saturday night.

I'm just so unhappy, teams in our division/conference continue to improve while we fester in the shit that is our 2016 free agents. I honestly don't even know if we can reach the 8 seed this season.

[Insert a different shitty NBA scrub then].

I never said Balmer was a GM... I was using it as a metaphor to you getting overexcited anytime one of our role players does something good and overrating them accordingly.

Hahaha at you trying to dribble with Babbitt guarding you and Whiteside waiting in the paint.

Who have I overrated? I haven't said Aminu is an All Star but you criminally underrate him.

You criminally overate him if you think he's even close to being a good NBA player.

Thanks. I'm just saying I don't mind the guys we have. I have no idea how we'll match up next year with all the player movement but I do think we have a legit big3 and our role players are decent. I like the rookies too.

Good role players are two-way players, lockdown defenders, or multifaceted players.

None of our role players are any of those things.

All 30 NBA coaches would disagree with you. Even Kerr said his goal in playoffs was to "stop guys like Aminu from going off" and then he still went off. Also, Aminu personally won 2 games for us in 2016 playoffs by draining a high percentage of shots that were being conceded to him. You need guys like that in playoffs who will step and hit shots when your starters are being shut down.

Clippers talking to Gallinari. It's tough in West but I still think Clips could be a decent team built around Griffin IF he stays healthy.

Yay, in two games, Aminu hit shots he was being dared to shoot! Good player, he is!

Let's talk about the other games that series... Oh, that's right, you cherry-pick small sample sizes.

Aminu "went off" in exactly one game in which we were down 30 in the first.

If you rely think that Kerr seriously game planned against Aminu's offense going into the playoffs, then you're absolutely delusional.
