How much coke do you think he did before that?Damn, Seikaly lookin' good and livin' better!
Explain this to me FAMS!
FG% does imply a bit about getting fouls called; if you’re fouled the miss doesn’t count against you. So in a way it’s implying Deni isn’t getting whistles.if you go by:
PPP ---> FG% ---> Percentile Ranking
Holiday: 1.07 ---> 50.8% ---> 84.0% (12.3% of possessions)
Sharpe: 0.97 ---> 42.3% ---> 64.8% (12.3% of possessions)
Deni: 0.96 ---> 35.8% ---> 62.8% (13.1% of possessions)
Grant: 0.67 ---> 34.0% ---> 14.0% (9.0% of possessions)
Devin Booker: 1.08 ---> 50.8% ---> 87.6% (14.0% of possessions)
Tyler Herro: 1.30 ---> 63.6% ---> 97.2% (11.5% of possessions)
SGA: 1.17 ---> 50.0% ---> 93.2% (26.7% of possessions)
Payton Pritchard: 1.22 ---> 58.4% ---> 95.2% (13.4% of possessions)
Aaron Gordon:: 1.18 ---> 44.2% ---> 93.6% (15.9% of possessions)
just focusing on FG% doesn't tell you much. It doesn't account for FT frequency or FT conversion rate. Doesn't account for turnover rate. Doesn't tell you anything about PPP or the frequency of the play type.

I haven’t looked at tonight’s schedule…… what exactly are you rooting for?Tonight’s game, Let’s Go Jazz and Knicks
Jrue is averaging 4.8 turnovers/100-possessions; that's his highest mark in 12 years. Scoot is a turnover machine. So are Deni & ShaedonAlmost as if not having a PG for half the season makes a difference.

Ohhhh he WANTS to play OKC in the first round? Got it.he was rooting for the Clippers and Warrior to lose helping Portland's play-in seeding. He got half his wish

Portland only has 2 players above a 2.0 assist/turnover ratio (Jrue-Wesley). And their best, Jrue, is only at 2.16 (his worst mark since his rookie season). My strong hunch is that those are the worst team marks, by far, in the league. Having more games from Jrue and Scoot wouldn't have changed this situation
for some reason, it sure looks like the Blazers have collected a group of players that don't shoot well and have the worst ball-security in the NBA. In this case it might be the sum of the parts is lesser than the whole.
the turnover rate ranking is a bit different but still shows mostly the same sinners:

what's wild to me is that Clingan is so low on these rankings. Seems like he loses possession of the ball in the restricted area a lot, but that doesn't show up here. Maybe the definition of a possession is more restricted than I'm thinking
yeah, I know what live ball turnovers are...which is most of them. Jrue doesn't commit a lot of moving screens. Scoot does pass to fans a lot thoughLive ball turnovers are the issue, not regular turnovers. Live ball turnovers means bad passes, iirc.
You think they will finish 2nd? If Portland improves to 8th in the standing - they have a chance to paly the #2 seed, If they stay below, they at best will play the #1 seed which one assumes is OKC.Ohhhh he WANTS to play OKC in the first round? Got it.
Spurs are winning it all this year no matter where they are seeded FAMS!You think they will finish 2nd? If Portland improves to 8th in the standing - they have a chance to paly the #2 seed, If they stay below, they at best will play the #1 seed which one assumes is OKC.
If that happens or not - I don't know - but I am under the impression that OKC is more likely than not to finish the #1 seed - so the OP rooting for the Blazers to win and the Warriors / Clippers to lose is opposite your assertion that he wants the Blazers to play OKC in the first round.Spurs are winning it all this year no matter where they are seeded FAMS!
