No he can't. You can't control another person by just saying it. I mean, unless you want to take away peoples' free will, and that's just not cool.

You can respond to it though. He couldn't say "dad, can you chill out?" Is that physically impossible because of free will?

Lmao. Doug was a constant poster and disappeared months ago right after that. He said that BS somewhat spoiled the forum for him.

Yet we have more people defending Lonzo lmao. If you're defending Lonzo you shouldve been on HCPs side when it came to Kobe.

I hate Kobe but from 2000-2011 he was the face of the NBA (LeBron may have been the bigger draw though once he established himself as a top 5 player).

I'm defending a kid who's being attacked because of his father. IDGAF what team he plays for. Calling you out on it is a touchy subject for you and has you scrambling to find reasons that aren't attributed to his father.

You can't find them and seem to be making them up. You base his "smug, cockiness" off of his sub par raps but give no other indication as to where you've garnered your unfounded opinion.

Lonzo may still be a good player though. I personally don't see greatness from him but he will likely have a 10+ year career. He is good in transition, has nice vision, and when he penetrates good things generally happen. However he will have to be hidden on defense, and for being a #2 overall pick at the guard spot he doesn't possess that takeover a game ability. That's his biggest flaw, he is not going to be able to win you games in an ISO situation in the NBA.

I agree. He is at least a good NBA player with many years of service. If he can get stronger, develop a better shot and handles - he could be great. I would still bet that the best rookie "PG" from this class is not going to be Lonzo. My early guess is Simmons - he really has the chance to be great.

He will be good as well. Prototypical NBA build mostly (other than really long reach) - Simmons is huge however for a PG. More of a Magic / LeBron like build - which could make him special.
