I feel this is in reference to tanking for the last three years. Not so much about Phoenix.
I can’t blame him for feeling that way at all. Not one game here in the last three years was important. Not one playoff game. Never even tried to make the playoffs.
Pretty sure he’s talking about culture. Lakers always try to win. Blazers are now a losing culture that expects again this year to miss the playoffs.
