How funny is it that the Lakers are pinning their franchise on a 19-year old tool who looks goofy, acts goofy, and is an awful rapper yet still tries to, who has a father who's the biggest loudmouth history in the history of athlete fathers...

And in Portland? We got the realest dude who is the best athlete musician/rapper of all time who's collaborating with Lil Wayne and Joe Budden?

They will be tough, but I don't see them being as good as people think. Outside shooting will be a big problem. Also, I don't think Butler plays well with others. He's great, but he's a pretty selfish player that rubs teammates the wrong way. I could see an internal power struggle there.
I have a feeling you’d feel differently if you had some of their talent.

Teague isn't much of an upgrade over Rubio, and Wiggins is still overrated. Wiggins weaknesses are ones that don't necessarily improve with experience. Butler is a weird fit with that team, and they literally have one above average 3pt shooter on their entire team. Teague and Wiggins are awful defenders and Gibson is average. Their defense off the bench is horrible as well.

They'll win around 40-45 games. Not 50+ like most are predicting.

I'm certain that you are correct. I'm a no talent ass clown when it comes to basketball. But, I'm pretty good with observations. I'm like the MJ at that. Using my GOAT skills, I can tell that Butler has a me- first attitude. It wouldn't surprise me to see turmoil in that locker room. Great player, but kind of a dick. Do you see any Chicago players crying about him being traded away?

My people built that fuckin' house bro. I'm going to step foot in it one day.
True story, about six years ago maybe longer it’s all becoming a blur, Larry Miller set up for the team and us to meet President Obama. We were on the long road trip and then we had a day off in Washington. So very last second they let us know. I had to have my wife try to find some nice pants for me to wear, it was pretty embarrassing. The day before, they informed us that the tour had been canceled because they wanted to delay us until that evening but we had to get to the next town. Head of team security joked around and told all of us it was because of me and my criminal history and red flagged the trip. I was very bummed! Hope this isn’t bragging about my job. Don’t quit the forum because of this story please.

They will when they struggle to win 15 games son.

They’ll finish ahead of us in the standings

This is exactly where I was trying to go. They will still be good, but they won't be the team everyone is hyping them up to be.

The team I really think will struggle though is the Spurs. Outside of Kawhi Leonard, their roster is bad. Parker, Manu, and Gasol are all a year older and will be even less effective after showing signs of decline last year. Their backcourt will be one of the worst in the west, as Danny Green has fallen off a bit. Aldridge is showing signs of decline as well and will likely cause problems next year in San Antonio. Outside of those guys, they added Rudy Gay off the bench, who's coming off an achilles injury and doesn't really fit their offense. David Lee and Joffrey Lauvergne are average big men off the bench.

I think they'll struggle to win much more than 50 games.

We should all struggle like that.

The main reason for the overhype last year and this year is people thinking Andrew Wiggins is a very good NBA player when he in fact hurts his team when he's on the court with his pourous defense and inefficient volume shooting to go along with below average rebounding for a player of his height and position and no passing whatsoever.

He's Rudy Gay.

So, the guy with zero NBA assists and 1100 assists in Europe is going to get DeAndre Jordan MORE easy looks than the guy with 8200 NBA assists? Right...

Notice that I didn't say that.

With his complete lack of defense, will Teodesic even start? I know he doesn't have much competition for the starting SG spot,

Forgot about Beverley. Yes, I think Doc will start Beverley and Teodosic - Teodosic will play point on offense and be hidden on the worst offensive player under 6'7" on the other team, a la Steve Nash.

I don't believe for one second that Teodesic is a CP3 level creator (there is more to running an NBA offense than an occasional flashy pass) and even on a post CP3 depleted roster, I don't think he will average CP3 minutes.
He's certainly not on CP3's level at pissing off his teammates.

Michael Joran pissed off his teammates, too. Not sure that's a big deal when the motivation is winning. CP3 must not have pissed off DeAndre Jordan too much. He had a chance to leave for DAL, but reneged and went back to LAC. If he hated Chris Paul so much, why didn't he leave when he had the chance?

Trust me, DeAndre Jordan is going to REALLY miss Chris Paul. Jordan cannot create for himself. His average FG distance was 1.3 feet and 253 of his 412 made FGs were dunks, the majority off lobs from Chris Paul. No way do Beverly and Teodesic get him as many easy looks at CP3 did.
