I'm hoping the Heat win the title. Or Denver. Or Boston.
I agree...unless they are in the west... I usually was all Western Conference teams to implode once we are out of the playoffs. If you enjoy the game then the game is enjoyable to watch when you see a team put forth good effort. The Heat have earned what they have achieved.
Look i would love to see Denver beat the Lakers. In this playoffs i am going to be pulling for Denver. They are the only team with Zero Chips. Gotta pull for that team however unlikely.I agree...unless they are in the west... I usually was all Western Conference teams to implode once we are out of the playoffs.
Denver? Playing great, team ball, good story, down 3-1, AND I LOVED seeing the Clippers lose, but still Denver can suck it. The last thing I want to see is a rival succeed. I'm not alone in this am I?

No, you are fortunate to be around a plethora of haters. There are so many in here it's hard to keep track of. I liked it that the Clippers lost because of how they disrespected Dame but other than that, I just want the best team to win. I am also a little weird in the fact that I always want the team that knocked us out to win it all, so in my mind I can say, "Well if we could have made it by them then maybe we would have made it all the way." I know that is very different than the grudge holding that is more common among sports fans. Oh and I think LeBron is the second best to ever do it, I think AD is really great and I'm hoping they win it all. The illusion that we have a rival just isn't real, we never even really had a heated rivalry with the Sonics when they were around. Denver, I guess would be the closest thing we have to it right now since they are in our division and we knocked them out last season but in reality besides the Lakers and Celtics we don't have any true rivals in the NBA... there is no equivalent to Red Sox/Yankees, it's just not the case in this league. I also don't get disliking Western Conference teams more than Eastern Conference teams. We have to fight all year in the stronger conference, it's been that way for a while... so I like to see the team that represents that we have the tougher competition win it.I agree...unless they are in the west... I had to google what that word means.I'm being facetious.
Nurkic might be a more effective passer if he could shoot the midrange shot better.I think you're overrating Nurk a bit
Jokic, Adebayo, Sabonis, Horford, Plumlee, and Gasol are all better or at least as good IMO. And when AD plays C, I think he's a better passer. Embiid is about the equal of Nurkic too and so is Vucevic
now, it could be that Nurkic could pass most of those guys if he stayed healthy a couple of seasons and Portland had a little different offensive system
I would argue that Nurk is the second or third best passing big man in the league. Debatable with Bam. Anytime we run our offense through Nurk, our field goal percentage goes way up. When we go away from it and turn into a one on one team, we're a low percentage shooting team.

Spolstra really has them dialed into his system! He's done great with this roster.
And continue to get better at shooting the three. Is he there yet? Nope. But he has improved. I'm looking at what a complete season looks like for Nurkic at this point?Nurkic might be a more effective passer if he could shoot the midrange shot better.
And to think Duncun Robinson went undrafted and starts for them!Spolstra really has them dialed into his system! He's done great with this roster.
Then why did I get so many LIKES? I gave Miami a compliment and left it at that. It’s not what you say kid, it’s HOW.Man I said the same thing fam
I think the last undrafted player for us was Wes right? I know WE didn’t “undraft” him though. And to think Duncun Robinson went undrafted and starts for them!
Yeah, but there is a big difference if the opposing team knew you were running your offense through him on a regular basis. He is good, just not that good, as with most centers. Jokic is clearly one of those exceptions.

Nice find.Seth Curry; Gabriel this year
THE HCP next year!Seth Curry; Gabriel this year
THE HCP next year!
In fairness to NO, we’ve had players who should have went undrafted that have started for us.I think the last undrafted player for us was Wes right? I know WE didn’t “undraft” him though.
This year I'm glad that it was Giannis. Last year Giannis deserved it too but the previous nine seasons all should have been LeBron. It wasn't even close. There was nobody more valuable in the league than LeBron those years. Actually the only one that was close in that stretch was KD the year he won it but LeBron was better than him that year too. Other than that, Rose was good but not close to as good as LeBron on either end, Steph ever winning it was a complete joke because the guy is a one way player, Harden is the same thing as Steph... I don't care that both guys went from being huge liabilities on defense to being not so bad, being a bad defender disqualifies you from being the MVP, then there is Westbrook who won only because of stats, the guy does not and has not played to win. LeBron until just recently was the best player in the league and it wasn't debatable and that made him the most valuable player in the league. The same thing happened with Jordan. Magic, Chuck and Malone outright stole MVP's from the best ever to do it, he was the best player in the league when Magic won his last two MVPs, when Chuck won his and Karl Malone on several occasions campaigned shamelessly to get the MVP when he and everyone else knew that Jordan was a far more valuable player. So LeBron should have 9 MVPs and Jordan should have 10 (13 if he hadn't played baseball but that was his choice).Congrats to Giannis for winning MVP
Glad it wasn't Lebron
