LeBron is still the best player in the league. He just didn't win MVP this year.
At least it's debatable between him and Giannis and the best player in the league is always the most valuable. Best means he is the best player at giving his team the best chance to win, if that doesn't also define value in a season, I don't know what does.

Giannis is great and definitely 2nd best in the league this year. LeBron is just so multi-talented. He's the best passer in the league and is a better outside shooter than Giannis. And he's a much better leader.

Getting kind of tired watching LeBron just blatantly bull doze his way through players dropping his shoulder and still getting the call.
Refs need to take that away from him. It’s not basketball and it’s a foul every time anyone else does it.

My friend just told me that the Lakers got 25 fta in a quarter?

Which makes our win over them last year, with no Nurk and Dame playing subpar, even more impressive.
Absolutely, winning two games at Denver was extremely good. CJ, Kanter, Hood, Seth and Zach stepped up in that series. Turner was ballin in game 7 as well

Oh look 32 FTs for the Lakers in the first half. Something never change

32 in first half... compared to 16 for Denver. Can the refs and Silver be any more blatant?
Fuck the nba man, it’s unwatchable bullshit. Since game 4 of the Blazers series I haven’t watched a full game, it’s a horrible product.

Are you actually watching the game because a lot of these are just dumb fouls by the Nuggets

they aren’t really bad calls lol

NBA doesn't want Lakers losing game 1 again. Refs have their orders

The Lakers are fouling like a mother fucker and not getting called for it

STOP!
The more talented team will win, happens 95% of the time.

Not stopping shit

Lakers have sitting around for a week. Denver had an actual series to play.

That’s what Jokic needs to do. Play physical and get to the line.

I can’t remember. Was Rondo with the Lakers all season or was he added for the bubble like Green?

The Lakers aren't a team that get a lot of phantom calls called for them, they are extremely aggressive and physical on both ends. The way the refs tend to give them a break is not calling fouls on them when they foul but I haven't seen much of that this game.

There were some dumb fouls for sure but the Lakers are also getting some of those aggressive breaks that they seem to always get?
