I can’t remember. Was Rondo with the Lakers all season or was he added for the bubble like Green?
Oh and both were on the team all season. Danny Green was an off season pick up as well and has played most of their games while Rondo was hurt a lot this season and had some DNP coach's decision.

A comeback by Denver here would be very impressive. The flip side of that coin is that the Lakers haven't lost a game yet after game one during these playoffs.

Always a mistake to get too carried away in the first quarter.

Lillard is almost 31. We seen close to the peak already. Murray is what 23? Jokic is what around the same age? We would wish and pray if we had a core that good and that YOUNG

Man MPJ is so good. He deserves his own team. That dude is a future superstar he needs to leave Denver and run his own shit

Looks like you have your new favorite team. Yeah, I wouldn't mind having the core group that Denver has, their future looks bright. You're a little high on all of them though, especially MPJ the guy is 3 for 8 tonight going 1 for 5 from three... he's a ball hog and has a terrible attitude.

And yeah could quite possibly end up on his own team because he doesn’t work well with this one.
I’m wondering if he would change his attitude when he starts feeling the double teams?

Not stopping shit

Lakers have sitting around for a week. Denver had an actual series to play.
Is it the Lakers fault they went up against an inferior team in the first round and handled their business as expected?

They went up against an injured team in the 1st rnd and an inferior team in the 2nd rnd.

Lakers fans belong at Lakersground

Almost 31? Dame’s 30th birthday was July 15th. Jokic and Murray are good. Dame and Nurk are just as good of a tandem. Basketball is a team game. Playing the who is better game is a waste of time.

I wish the Blazers had a coach like Mike Malone. Get me a coach who will run our entire offense through Nurk. Until we do, we won't see the full potential of the Blazers.

Malone's team was not a thing of beauty tonight. To be fair, I don't think Denver is on the same level of Lakers, so it's hard to blame Malone.

Denver is on the same level. They were just tired after going to 7 games with the Clippers while the Lakers had a week off

This is why I would love to see a Lakers vs Clippers instead of the Nuggets. I would love to see each Morris twins hit each other and the first one who gets ejected wins. Lebron’s complaining to the ref vs Doc, Beverley’s mouth vs Rondo. Pandemic P vs top 5 all-star vote getter Caru-show.... I can only dream, Damn maybe next year

Denver isn’t in the same stratosphere as the Lakers

the lakers are much better than Denver

then again talent wise the clippers are the most talented team in the league and they lost

There were some dumb fouls for sure but the Lakers are also getting some of those aggressive breaks that they seem to always get?

Because the lakers are an aggressive team

This is nothing new the aggressive team usually gets more calls

this isn’t the 80s and 90s

And it’s pretty well known the lakers zigged while everyone else zagged. They focus on points in the paint and size

that’s gonna lead to more foul calls than a team that doesn’t necessarily focus on those things and runs their offense thru a 7ft above the foul line extended

lot of rim runs caused foul calls

and people taking fouls to stop laker fast breaks

It's the bubble. Without thousands fans and lights around there is no show for stars no more.

Clippers are stars, Denver are workers.
Miami are much more of a workers under Pat and with Butler leading them then Celtics are. Lakers got Bron. He is star worker and will push his team to work.

Love what Jimmy Butler, some rookies and some D-Leaguers are doing. That is flat out amazing!
