NBA put the Kibosh on Wiggins refusal to get Vaccinated on religious reasons. Most players who have "God given ability" give praise for their blessings of having it. Well Doctors & Scientist have "God given ability " too. The ability to try to heal the worst health issues put upon us. So use some common sense Wiggy, and get with the program.
Are there any Jehovah's Witnesses in the NBA? Christian Scientists? Because those are the only examples I can think of that might have a genuine claim to a religious objection.

Devin Booker Tests Positive for COVID-19, Declines to Reveal Vaccination Status
It's his choice not to announce it. He's also right that you can still get Covid. But getting the shot, like the flu shot, has proven to make it more survivable if you contract it. He's kind of smug anyways. By coming out like this, he does sound like he hasn't gotten the vaccine. If he hasn't, he's very lucky that his loss of taste & smell is all he's dealing with.

dude.... he's just put on more weight it seems

He's a naturally big dude, like Shaq. If he can't bring down the weight, he's gonna have to alter his style of "above the rim" basketball, or face blowing out his legs.

Shaq was actually in amazing shape early on in his career. Compare his weight in Orlando to what it was in even LA and it's a huge difference.

True! But he was young, and genetics starts to take over.

And Shaq was not human. His lower extremities could sustain the weight of his body and the force he put on them. Zion has already shown that his legs/knees/feet can't. I can't understand why team officials and all the medical personnel can't see the obvious move of trying to get him to slim down.

Maybe they have. Food is a hard habit to break.

Also hilarious is the notion of him apparently taking his qualifying offer and foregoing the max. Given his injury history, that idea is nothing but clickbait.

What in the actual Duck FAMS!!??

They're gonna be in luxury tax hell for the foreseeable future, and this is not even accounting for the upcoming supermax for Jokic.

For him to actually reach that 200+ mil threshold, he has to make an All NBA team this year, so 172 is the real number for him. Not unreasonable given his scoring efficiency but they're banking on him staying healthy. Not sure about that.

That's a huge contract for a guy who is almost strictly just a scorer. Oof.

its very simple for the denver nuggets

you go all-in with guys like jokic, murray & porter jr, cause god knows when theyre gonna have promising team like this again

Worth every penny. This dude is a superstar imo. I told ya this when he got drafted and the last few years. In fact I was pissed Denver got him. Worth every penny. Lucky ass franchise just hitting on all their draft picks the last 5-6 years..

Dame? Cj?
Dame averages 7.5 assists a game. CJ averages 4.7.
MPJ averages 1 per game for his career. 1 assist per game. That's terrible. He's just as bad as CJ at defense as well. So yeah, strictly a scorer.

but he's pretty prolific scorer. Well over 40% from 3 on volume, 21 PER, ~66% TS% and only at age 22.

He is, sure. I didn't say he was bad at the one thing that he offers. Just that he is strictly a scorer. CJ gets a whole lot of shit on this board, even the MeJ nickname, gets compared to Lou Will, etc., and has 4 times the assists that MPJ provides.
