Progressives do not support increasing the population. Progressives are quite concerned about overpopulation. Not sure where you got that idea.
It's conservatives that are against birth control, against abortion, pro-having as many kids as you are physically able to have.

Just using simply deduction. Since our population is growing through immigration and the Progressive support it even including support for open borders, it sort of follows they also support more population. If not? Well I am sure you see the conflict.
 
Realistically, there is still a ton of space that we could put people....... but our cities are over populated. We need new cities.

I guess if it was a progressive who only cared about the environment within the US borders, yes.
I think you'll realize that crossing a border doesn't actually create an additional human.

umm, I don't see this as making corporation people. People are free to express themselves, individual or collectively in any group.

Oh very true. But when they come here, it does make room for one more where they came from. But then of course the water the one need must be here.
As well as the other stuff.

It really makes for some strange situations in some of the areas where resource are very tight. One I know, will not issue anymore building permits because they lack the water,
But the immigrants come, 60000 since the last census, but no new houses. No new dams. Sanctuary status too. No new schools No new cops, MS-13 too.

I wonder if all boat get checked as often as mine? Just this last trip up the coast, Boarded and check by the USCG twice and two different county Sheriffs.
I am losing track overall, but must be close to 15 time total in 3 years now.

I've been checked by CG, but not that often.

I suspect your pretty yatch attracts more attention than my smelly fishing boat. Also my range is only out to 50-60 miles offshore.

Yes, they are, due to Citizens United deciding that the 1st Amendment applied to corporations as well as natural persons.
