the right knee clearly wasn't down. You guys better hope for a Cliff Harris miracle.

He didn't touch the ground. It was a good call.

Fuck me.

Gotta play to the whistle.

Grr...

Woooooooooow what a shitty way to end the game......... fuck.

Oregon had every opportunity to win this game...they've got nobody to be pissed at but themselves. Their defense displayed a lot of heart in this game. Unfortunately, the offense did not match it.

He wasn't in. That last angle showed his knee down and the ball not in.

Oregon's defense played well the whole game, but they really screwed the pooch these last 2.5 minutes.

Hmm... timeout? On an extra point with an excellent kicker?

It seems like they might run the ball now, instead ... oh, well. I doubt it'll matter.

Ed O.

How fuckin' sweet it would be if they botched this kick.

If I'm on that Oregon team, I'd be a little pissed off @ Thomas for being so jovial.

Sad. So many chances to win this game. Offense played like shit.

The Ducks turned into the 07 Patriots. Amazing on offense until the last and most important game.

I partially agree with you. The offense played way under their normal level. The defense had some good plays, but also some bad breakdowns. The special teams won't win any awards either. Just a lackluster performance from the coach to the towel boy.

What a freak run. They're going to name that play. Thanks for the ride, Ducks. Don't give up the dream.

They lose the game on a last second field goal and people are talking shit. Amazing.

great game. nothing to be ashamed about oregon fans...SEC is too good though

Serious question: what does the future hold for the Ducks? How far will they backslide next season?

I don't see it that way. It's not like Auburn came in and blew us out of the water. I'm so tired of hearing this SEC bullshit. Cam Newton looked very average. Their vaunted offense was not nearly as unstoppable as people made them out to be. Their defense played very good, but the Ducks also made a ton of unforced errors. This wasn't a case of another team just being superior... it was a close game, and the Ducks shot themselves in the foot again and again and again.

Depends on what you view as a step back. If possibly not playing in the natty is a step back then yeah a step back can easily happen. But this school is here to stay as a perennial PAC 10/12 contender. They have made these last two runs on top 25 recruiting classes... now they are in good position to pull top 10 classes and above

Yeah, I don't really see them making a HUGE step back, but I expect more from DT next season. He'll be a junior and he can't be making stupid mistakes like he did tonight.
