Interesting Tid-bit:

Detroit is the first team to score in every inning since the Yankees did it to the Blue Jays in April 2006. They're only the fifth team to score in every inning in the last 35 years. The Rockies, coincidentally, have done it twice (May 1999 and September 2001). Only one of those games was in Coors Field too.

The Tigers pounded the Rockies on Saturday (DET 11, COL 5), and in the process they scored in all eight of their offensive innings. They didn't have to bat in the ninth because it was a home game.

The win extended the Tigers' lead in the AL Central to five games over the Royals. They are 60-47 overall, the third best record in the AL and fourth best record in all of baseball.

No doubt, at this point, he's looking better than Max, IMO. Sure he loaded up the bases, but got those 3 K's to get out of it. While Max has hung 2 sliders too many....I swear, watch Max's pro-nation of his elbow and wrist, shoulder too, the guys gonna' blow his arm out in a year or so.....to much torque on the joints.....

Just a matter of time, before he's next for TJ Surgery, or cuff repair.....Max bet the house on not signing with Detroit (extension)....Imagine if Max blew his arm out before the year is over. ..... that would decimate his value to pure shit...!

Jeter has had an amazing Career: in t/ top 10 for hits, #5 in Singles, Tons of Runs Scored......Leads all Yanx in numerous categories, and to think he's never played one game at any other position than SS.....

Eclipsing Ruth, Gehrig, Dimaggio in many categories, but won't catch any of the 3 aforementioned in many categories or feats...still a 1st ballot HOF'r IMHO....!

He will be missed, unless the Yanx grab & kidnap Tulo...(I know its a pipe dream-but I'm not gonna' stop dreaming, no matter how un-realistic).....
