Are your girls playing on summer league teams? I’m sure they are.
Yes. We just finished spring with the club team, merged the 3 club teams into one to play this coming weekend and next (they all get to be on the same team again this weekend, which means we'll have 4 games this weekend instead of 12), then we'll be with the high school in June. Then back to club in July.

Olivia Carns - 8th grader. Clips from her last game from last weekend in Seattle.

Edit
*Not sure why it doesn't seem to be playing in the website. If you click the YouTube link at the bottom it plays fine on YouTube*

#33 is tough! Little thru the legs dribble pull up 3. Left handed finish…. Love it.

Back playing with OC for June. I've included the latest clip for each of our daughters, but there are more on their Instagram pages.

Kaitlen is really starting to come on and get her explosiveness back. Her defense is incredible, and her vision on offense is unmatched. I can't express how proud we are of her.

Alixe has really taken it up and notch and has been far more consistent and aggressive this summer. She's always been one of the most fundamental players on her team, but she has let the game come to her in the past. This summer she's been taking control early and often.

Liv is adjusting to the HS game well. In fact, excelling. They played her in the freshman bracket at the last tournament and two different refs on two different courts said it wasn't fair to the other team. One even went to the team huddle at halftime and called her coach a sandbagger for not playing her up with varsity.

Kait is getting back to her old ways. Filling the stat line in the championship game against a VERY tough Kennewick team on Sunday. Lost by 1 in double overtime. It was a heck of a game, but somebody had to lose.

We can't say enough how incredibly proud we are of her overcoming the physical and mental challenges of recovery from such a devastating injury, all while keeping her 4.0 GPA with a heavy load of AP classes.

We aren't usually about stats, but I've always loved how efficient she is on the court.

21pts (6-8 fg | 2-3 3pt | 7-8 ft)
8 assists
6 rebs
2 stls
1 turnover

Note: We have been focusing on getting clips of Kait since she lost her opportunity last summer and we want to get as much out there for college coaches as possible. Alixe and Liv have been killing it as well. We'll add some of their clips soon.

Made a change to a new club this fall. Practices right here in Oregon City and they are all on the same team playing together. They absolutely LOVE their new Coach, Pat Vialva (and Coach Earl, too) with NW Legends.

It's Kaitlen's senior year and more than just about anything, she wants to play with her younger sisters. I'm so glad it's working out for them. Uniforms came in the wrong size and wrong color, but we'll get that fixed in the next couple weeks.

Here is a clip my wife made from their 3rd and 4th games yesterday (5th and 6th of the weekend, and the team's first tournament together). It all came together and started clicking as a team in the 5th and 6th games.
