Yeah, I think so. At least, the possibility. They'll be far more prepared, I think.

At this point, they really just like playing basketball and aren't thinking so much about college, especially the freshman (Liv). I think Al (sophomore) is starting to think about it a bit more...

Kait has been training, getting sharp for her next Freshman season. She's working some camps for L&C this summer.

Here's a clip of her working with some really good high school boys.

Al (#10) and Liv (#2) joined a fall league with some other girls who had some free time this fall and didn't want to spend so much money on club ball. Rolling out as Hoop Dreamz vs a tough Beaverton team.

Not much gym availability right now so we can't get everybody on the team together for practice. Just working on skills in our own time then showing up and playing on the fly.

Still hanging with all the other teams though, and getting some wins against some tough teams. This clip below is from a close win after a back and forth game vs Beaverton on Saturday.

Good stuff. That quick pass by Al off the broken play at 0:29 was very nice.

I see a few things they could work on and am currently putting together a power point presentation with Coach Billups and will send it to you shortly.
 
First official college game for Kaitlen! Traveled to Texas, and the kid came to play. Dropped 16pts along with 5 rebounds.

She loves this team. Loves her coaches. I'm so happy for her.

First year Kaitlen Carns had a tremendous debut. Carns finished with 16 points on 5-10 shooting and hit five of her six free throws. Carns added five rebounds and finished second on the team with 32 minutes and 45 seconds of game time.

I just took a look at her schedule. She has games against my school (11/23), my wife's school (11/21), my daughter's school (11/30), and my son's school (1/25, 2/21).

I hate that I'm gonna have to root against your girl so often, but such is life...

Some videos... the first collegiate bucket was a step back 3. Here are a few more clips that we let run a bit longer, since the announcer was talking about her. The announcer did a great job. Not sure where he got Oregon City, California from though... I'll look forward to watching games with an announcer now. That actually adds a lot.

I've never been to Oregon City California. Gives me a goal to shoot for........
