Maybe in a game of 1-on-1 that'd be true (and I only say maybe). But when it comes to actually producing on the floor there's no separation between the two other than rebounds and FG% - both of which go in Hickson's favor.
I really think you are so wrong. I think you are forgetting that Aldridge commands a double team a lot, opening thing up for other players. Hickson does not ever command a double team. There are so many reasons Aldridge is the far superior player.
I am all for dealing Aldridge for more pieces, but replacing with Hickson would be a huge drop off in actual team productivity. Better to let him walk and throw money at Milsap.
