Had to run to the store, get there and they're BBQ'ing racks of ribs out in front of the store and selling them for $5!

Not as good as DYI but they're pretty damn good for $5, lol.

Not as fulfilling as cooking them yourself. I got a twice baked potatoe in the oven, a large portobella being sauteed with garlic and balsalmic and aspragus as well. About a half hour to go.

Should the ribs be falling off the bone?

Ribs should be hard little nuggets of charcoal.

Have you tasted it yet?

Ribs done. Oh my, my. A smashing success. They're fall of the bone good. My sauce is outstanding as well.

I'd like to thank everyone who has made this venture a smashing success.
 
The portabellas sauteed in garlic and balsalmic are off the hook as well.
 
I've had a few too many Summer Shandy's so I'm feeling a little froggy.
