Thats a house right around the corner from mine..Its a big ass house, and I live in some small ass house. Thats the part of the ATL I live in..Suburban..

That's a nice house, looks like what we have in Concord, which is a few minutes from my house. It's a very rich town, one house I used to go to for work was worth $33 million.

Well..I live near Country Club of the South, its a huge ass rich ass neighborhood many athletes and coaches, and rich guys live there.

Well my county is in the 99th percentile in the nation for land value, so you get a lot less for your money up here I suppose.

Its really odd how house pricing works, in certains county's, a 3 bed room house could be 3-4 million. Then in other area's its 150,000.

Yeah, that's what I was referring too. I live in a very wealthy area which is great for commuting to Boston, it also has a lot of historical significance pertaining to the Revolutionary War and such, and it's the 13th highest populated county in the United States. Those factors probably contribute to the very high land value.

Yes. Cities with historical features, old land, a huge lot all contribute to the price. The house could be worth 250k but when your surrounded by Civil War features, and you have a huge lot. Your houses price will shoot up. My house is worth 150k, if it was in the biggest county in Georgia, DeKalb county, it would be worth 3-400k.
