With his usual stupidity and irresponsibility Trump declared it an attack although no evidence. He just thinks so.

Trump is President of the United States and hence what he says carries some real weight. Therefor, he should be more careful about what he says.

Yes, but how many times are you going to say that before you realize he isn't gonna change? Talk about stuck in a rut.

I don't give a shit what he says anymore. It's nonsense. I'm not going to let his words consume me because I can't control his words. I'm gonna live life and focus on other things.


In this instance, yes, he is again being wreckless, but I will not let it deter or take focus away from the mourning the world should be engaged in right now for all the innocents hurt.

Stay focused. Stay the course. He will not be President forever.

Look, he holds all of our lives in his hands. To not worry about this mad man and the terrible things he can do is insanity. I worry whenever I get into some nightclub that I know isn't right and I worry whenever Trump moves his lips.

You give him waayyy too much power over your life Lanny. As much as I know you want him to be to paint a worse picture, he is not an Authoritarian. And even if he wants to be, we developed a government to make it pretty much impossible.

You choose to worry. I choose not to. Doesnt mean i'm ambivalent, Just means I refuse to give him the power over my mind and thought.
 
to our national shame, trump is the fucking president. And when he calls something like this an attack without having any evidence that it is (assumption, yes), it's both newsworthy and worth noting.

the only way it's not, maybe, is that trump is such a shitpile constantly pumping out blithering nonsense, demented gibberish, and flat-out lies, one more example is lost in the tsunami of sewage he creates 24-7

Though Trump puts himself in the middle of everything, so I understand the mention of him here.

But, I came to this thread to hear about the Beirut explosion, not exposition on the continued pile of shit Trump is taking on our country and around the world. So, I get where OB is coming from.

I couldn't care less. You and ob don't want to read it, then skip over it. I skip over posts all the time, but in ob's case he does this pretty much on a daily basis.

The thread was mucked up before I responded to your post. I would rather not have this conversation either. But, it's my job as a mod. It's also my job not to skip over posts.
