I made 2 posts in this thread and the only 2 posts I made all day till you came and rudely lectured me. No post was ever made to bailey and never mentioned him by name and you felt the need to step in where you weren't needed. I had no intent in going any further at this time until you responded to me with some sort of bullshit and then continued it by making an unprovoked personal attack and claiming I am stalking him. I was fucking banned for 2 days because I said someone was clueless when they made a derogatory mark about my family. You should have ignored my post and it would have never gone any further so don't blame me. Now I am done and I suggest you move on as well.

That is my point. You had no posts in this thread. You were not part of the conversation. You came in the middle, well actually the end of it, and while you did not mention him by name, you know damned well you were referring to him.

Your ban was no decision of mine. Only Sly can ban posters when he sees fit. No other mods possess that power. Your banning was not my doing, you complaining about it to the wrong person.

As a mod though, it is my job to read every post I come across. I cannot skip posts.

What is your fucking problem? I am no longer allowed to post in a thread because I didn't post in the beginning? That is so fucking ridiculous and stupid and if you don't think so, then that's on you, not me.

Can we now end this (SECOND REQUEST)? No reason for a response unless you want to continue to muck up this thread?

I never said you couldn't post in this thread. To come in to directly attack a poster you have been known to go after in past threads is not productive and can only lead to derailing a thread.

I too would rather not be having this back and forth. We can end thistête-à-tête of ours. That is fine.

I DID NOT ATTACK ANY POSTER. I was simply posting to lanny that trump apologists (no names were mentioned as it was a general statement) tend to turn a blind eye and whether you don't think bailey is a trump apologists at times isn't even relevant as I have a right to my opinion but you calling me callow is a hell of a lot more of a personal attack than anything I said. I know you are buddies with him but this protectionism of yours is very unmod like as I know (unless they actually got deleted) that he has made several digs at me over the time and I don't go whining about it in the forum like bailey has consistently done. Now this can be over if you want or we can go on and on in the open forum if that's how you want to deal with it. Your choice although a poor one I might add if you want to continue this. Maybe a better approach would have been to pm me and ask what my intent was rather than ASSuming some fabricated version of yours. Now please STOP.
 
There are people on the internet claiming this was a nuke - and pointing fingers at Israel. This is the sort of propaganda that starts wars and encourages terrorism...but by all means, let ignore that the POTUS is actively encouraging this belief! :doh:

Is he? Last time I checked Trump had his head firmly up Israel’s ass. I’m not sure that has changed.

Wasn't sure if it was their phone or a camcorder, but the way it just sat at the end, gave me chills. The phone or camera could have been recorvered by someone else? Probably uploaded too quickly if that were the case though..

I hope they are okay. That's the closest footage I have found yet.

Devastating. Its going to take years and years to rebuild and cost billions and billions. I wouldn't be surprised if we see an international coalition form, or the UN agrees to aid or something. Watching some of the drone footage, there might be dozens and dozens of buildings needing to be brought down in order to rebuild.

I think this is the biggest explosion civilian population has felt since Hiroshima.

I'd like to think they survived and hopefully they did. Maybe nothing worse than some cuts from broken glass and temporary hearing loss. Imad should have come inside when the woman was imploring him to

Never been but I will say that some of the images and video I've come across has been pretty jarring. Hopefully their recovery is speedy and they have so reform so something like this never happens again.

Yeah, I caught that too. Made me think it was a gas leak of some sort for a moment. Looked like a millions roman candles going off at once for a moment before it finally went. I'm going to check it out again in more depth tonight. slow mo, etc. And yes. Women clearly have more common sense than us men. :)

This one was pretty bad a few years back in China. I lived in that area a couple years before that.

I saw another video of the bride last night in a short interview. So, she survived. (If I can find it again I will post it.)
