Are you talking about Steve Francis or Baron, Baron doesn't do that, if he's going to shoot he's going to shoot, he doesn't waste time.
I think it's Kidd, but Baron will surpass him maybe next year, out of all the elite PG's, Kidd and Baron are the best defenders, and Baron will likely surpass Kidd in that area mainly because Kidd is getting older and won't be as quick.
Baron is also a pretty good rebounder in the good PG's, not as good as Kidd, Francis and Arenas, but is the next one with about 4-5 rebounds a game. Baron is also a good passer, and very good at getting to the basket, he's also able to play very well in both halfcourt and on the break, and has very good court awareness on both ends of the floor, he just needs to saty injury free, he always plays injured which bring his numbers down.
I think Marbury is good too, but he's not as good a defender or rebounder as Baron, and though he's as a better scorer, Baron is right there in passing, and is a better rebounder and defender.
