Best program

I am sorry if this is not the right place for this thread but i was wondring what is the best program to use when creating avatars? I have photoshop cs2, just wondering what kind of progrmas you use.

That right there is the best program to use. My guess is that since you dont know u can make avatars in there, you just stumbled upon the program huh?

well i had the program for awhile but its been so long since ive used it. Any pointers?

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. I've never used any other one before except the previous AP versions.
