This gentleman deserves all the respect in the world for being well adjusted, wish more people in the world would be like him.

He stood up for what is right - but he understands that people make mistakes and chooses not grandstand and look for a way forward after acknowledgment of these errors. Definitely someone we can all look up to.

Roger Mcguinn was overrated...should have never fired David Crosby from the band
I saw them in Sunnyvale at a LOVE IN...Im thinking it was DC's last performance with them?
He was a hand full and very outspoken and many though he demonstrating sociopathic behavior, but Im thinking it was the ultra ego mixed with women, drugs and and booze. He was an extrovert for sure!
Ive been a fan of his my whole life and he very gifted musician. If you haven't seen his latest documentary check it out its great and does get into his being kick out of the Birds.

Looting is never justified. That's just looking for a reason to steal.

Rioting is never the ideal way to protest, obviously, but if a government consistently allows their representatives to murder without consequences (firing doesn't qualify as consequences for murder), you have to expect uprisings. Not that that makes it okay, but it's inevitable. As long as the government and police close ranks to protect even murderous cops, this problem will persist.

Okay, that's fair. When it's actual staples and survival, that's different. I guess I meant when it's looting as a form of "protest."

My point was if you call it "finding" it's cool!

This cop should be put into public stockades in the town center....let people abuse him 24/7 like the old pilgrim days..put something around his goddamned neck

If the roles were reversed and white people suddenly started to endure what black people continue to live with, anyone think it would just be looting? Thousands of redneck white dumbfucks can’t go to Walmart and Red Robin during a pandemic and they storm our govt offices with AK47’s. But black people getting murdered by “law enforcement” on video every fucking week and they loot a Target and light stuff on fire? Oh the horror

I have no idea how accurate this story is but I just heard this on Suke and Ropp on 1080 The Fan of all places concerning the looting of the Target.

They were saying that people were protesting. The police started using tear gas to disperse the crowd. The crowd scattered and some ran into the Target to buy milk. (Milk is used to pour over your eyes when you get tear gassed.) Target flips their shit and tells people to leave. Won't sell them milk or allow them in the store. That's when things started escalating.

Like I said, no idea how accurate this story is.

Prosecutors warn there is ‘evidence that does not support criminal charge’ in case of four cops accused of killing George Floyd as they say police can use a ‘certain amount of force - but not excessive’
  • Authorities dashed hopes that an arrest had been made over the death of the 46-year-old father of two in a press conference Thursday
  • 'We thought we would have another development to tell you about... but we don't,' admitted US Attorney for the District of Minnesota Erica MacDonald
  • This comes as calls mount for white cop Derek Chauvin to be charged with murder after he knelt on George Floyd's neck before he passed out and died
  • County attorney Mike Freeman condemned his actions as 'horrific and terrible' but warned of 'other evidence that does not support a criminal charge'
  • The four Minneapolis officers involved in the arrest of Floyd were fired Tuesday

There's a Blazing Saddles reference here that we're no longer allowed to post the video of.
Oh come on, post it, I won't tell.

I believe ABM posted a link to the video and it got deleted (was it you @ABM ? I don't remember who it was but I think it was him)

Bullshit. That was excessive. No reason he needed to have his knee on Floyd's neck for 5 minutes. Really at all.

Cop is probably going to try and blame the coronavirus and say he was trying to social distance.

Just put the cop in jail. Charge him. Let a jury decided what is excessive and what is not.

Well, ABM, no wonder.
