The UConn student who has been on the run from the police after murdering two people for the past six days was arrested today, without incident. Murder weapons in the car. Oh and he was white.

REVEALED: Cops captured UConn student accused of killing two men and kidnapping a woman when they heard he was in the vicinity of a truck stop and one spotted him 20-feet away
  • Peter Manfredonia found near Pilot Travel Center stop in Hagerstown, Maryland
  • Law enforcement officers on the scene were also uninjured
  • Investigator who was briefed on Manfredonia's description noticed him nearby
  • Officers then quickly drew their guns and demanded Manfredonia get down
  • Manfredonia took investigators to an area 200 yards away from spot of arrest
  • The suspect showed investigators a black bag with unspecified weapon inside
  • 'His family is relieved that Peter has brought this to a peaceful conclusion,' Michael Dolan, an attorney for Manfredonia’s family said
  • Manfredonia had been on run since Friday when he allegedly killed Ted DeMers

This is so sad. It's the perfect storm for all this to happen. There is so much built up anger and frustration about everything. I'm quite sure half those people causing all this shitdon't care about that man who died.....just fed up with being cooped up for 75 days and ready to unleash on whoever. Worst part is, the actual crime that precipitated all this is being forgotten. One of these times there will be a silent protest that will speak volumes. So sad.
