It all starts out reasonably enough but after a while she starts accusing people of using multiple accounts and brags about how much bigger her post count is than other users. When it's pointed out that post count doesn't mean anything she gets defensive and starts insulting people.

Thanks for pointing out a thread. I read every BF post in that thread, and saw nothing even remotely worthy of a ban. Debating other peoples opinions is exactly what this forum is about, and I saw nothing in that thread that was out of line. Compared with the direct personal attacks I see around here... BF is nothing. She didn't brag about her post account, she tried to discredit someone else about their lack of posts over 5 years... much the same as I see all the time go on here, including from popular posters. So what, it was a lame comment by BF, but how is it any different than the 'shut up rook' stuff?

Totally agree.

I'm against banning in general, though years of mixum grew tiresome. I, along with a couple others, were pretty vocal in bringing you back (and under the real name). I won't advocate for bannings, but I also just dont care enough to complain about the ban when someone is really annoying. I get both sides of the equation here, though (why BF was banned and why people are upset).

Not really. Most of it was in jest. Probably the one time I got pissed was when Zags and I got into it. Pretty much any time you've told me I've been worked up, I really haven't been. People who really know me know I have low-filter, few boundaries, and a razor tongue. So I pretty much push a lot of buttons that are pretty much inappropriate that most dont unless they're pissed off. So I see why you might think I'm worked up at times, but odds are, I'm not. My one boundary I really try to steer clear of is people's kids. I can't say I've been 100% there, but its my one boundary (as its the one thing that really gets me going).
