Look, Beaver fan (go get it on with a sheep), the fries are limp and greasy (funny, that's what Mrs HCP says about HCP), and as far as the lettuce on their "burgers", I've seen better lettuce come out the backside of a rabbit.

That can tend to happen when restaurants get busy. Too many fries in the fryer will bring the temperature down. There inlies the potential issues regarding limp and greasy fries.

The best remedy is to show up early.....or later.

Another trick is to order them with no salt. You're certain to get a fresh batch that way.
