Psh, I already said that, MB.

Even though Aldridge had a monster game, I give the game ball to matthews

Blazers played cool and with poise down the stretch. The team is definitely growing.

2-1 at home
2-1 on the road

Trail only Ind, OKC, and SA (who they beat) in the standings.

I'll take the win. Really want to see how Lillard bounces back from this.

Detroit will feel the wrath of Lillard on Monday. 30 point game coming up.

Lillard is still having trouble getting blitzed on the pick and roll. Needs to learn how to split the defenders.

Glad dames game was bad against a shit team. It would have been bad if it was against okc

Most likely... I remember him having a 1-11 game at one point last season, but man.... this was definitely rough for him.

Yes, against Orlando but he had 11 or 12 assists. I don't care anyway. 4-2 bitches!

After a 25 combined rebound performance? Lol yeah pretty weak
What does team rebounding have to do with with weakness or strength of Lopez' hands? He fucking sucks at grabbing the ball. And whenever he tries a tip-in he rockets the ball of the backboard. His hands are terrible.

You need hands to rebound the fucking ball

Yeah, but his shot was just off tonight. Seemed like a confidence issue, which is very odd for Lillard.

Lillard with 4pts, 6 Rebs, 6 asst and 3 steals. Horrible shooting but a good game otherwise.

Anyone know how Withey has been doing? I don't want to google. More fun to ask.

The problem with Cousins is that he's one of those guys that completely shuts down the offense. Everyone stands around and he never passes.

He averaged almost 3 assists a game last year with a shitty team around him.

That's why we brought the help defence once he put the ball on the floor; we knew as soon as he dribbled, he was never going to pass it (not that it stopped him from scoring, he was feeling it tonight).

Mike Malone did not pull any punches. Said certain players on the team were in it for themselves. Called them selfish.

The Kings aren't exactly a top team - but I was still impressed the Blazers were able to overcome a horrible game by Dame. (on the road, at that) This may have been a meaningful step forward.

Let's hope they don't have to make a habit of it!
