Rudy with the dagger.

Rudy hit a floater in the lane to just about ice it.

6-6 on the road

13-6 overall

second best record in West, only 2.5 games behind the Lakers.

Travis hit a 3, Roberson hit a 3, Roy missed jumper in the lane, Chandler missed a 3, and Rudy hit a runner.. 101-92

This game was a lot tougher then it should have been but any win is good on the road.

New York is dying by the jumpshot. They stayed in it during Duhon's ridiculously hot period, but all the missed jumpers allowed Portland to go on a big run and now both teams are just trading baskets to close it out.

Good comeback for the guys. Blood pressure finally going down for me. Frustrating first three quarters.

Good team effort in the 4th.

Man, this Blazer team knows how to grit out wins. I think our team from last year would lose this game, but this year's team is more poised, not to mention more talented. They can withstand other teams' run and still be composed enough to gut out a win.

This team continues to impress me, I don't know how many times they have looked lost in games only to find their niche and take over.

Sergio actually played good D in the second half on Duhon and didn't let him go to the hoop as much

Thats what happens when your team plays a 7 man rotation, gonna get tired sometimes

Rudy +14
Sergio +14
Travis +10
Nico +8

=best in game.

Joel seriously outplayed Oden (14 boards; etc.)

Guess our bench (sans Frye) helped us out tonight.

Yes, good D but you also have to remember that Duhon nearly played the entire game at that point.

That's why you shouldn't get too down on them during the game... especially in the first quarter.

Sergio's D has been pretty good this year. I know it's not popular, but I like El Mago better than Blake for this team.

I still want Sergio to start and get the majority of the point guard minutes. At this point, I'm not sure there's a big difference defensively between Sergio and Blake. Blake is more solid in his technique, but Sergio is quicker to make up for that difference. I think Sergio adds more dynamicism to the offense, better ball-movement.

He's been playing that much all season long. I'm sure he was tired, but it was a big difference seeing Sergio on him than Blake in the end.

I am glad we won - but this game was even close because we are a young team and played their tempo for 3 quarters of the game instead of 4.

Przy dominated.

Greg was embarrassing.

Brandon is a superstar.

Rudy is streaky but is fun to watch.

Blake was solid on the offensive end. Though, Duhon torched him the entire game.

Gutsy win.

I like how the announcers were saying the Blazers have a 10 lead,,,and it's their bench! :)
