Have stay at home orders been eased here to allow the Blazers to do that. I had heard only teams in States where stay at home orders had been lifted could open facilities

I don't think there is a stay at home order in Oregon.

They will check their temps and practice a form a sd.
If a couple hundred people can converge on Costco at any point a few players should be allowed in a Gym. Common since must rule!
