What are you even talking about. Fails? The entire draft could “fail”. Should they not draft anyone ever? Do college players not fail? Did Kobe fail, I mean, he didn’t go to college and all. And KG. And Lebron. Nobody understands your take here

SMH. No offense, but I would have pegged you as someone too smart to buy into this kind of hype train.

You know what? Just fuck it. This team and this forum are not worth the energy.

And Moses Malone. And Darryl Dawkins. And Ant. I mean, it happens.

What’s funny is that nobody would have thought twice about drafting a guy like Sharpe 15-20 years ago.

Bust. Too slow. Dodged college. Doesn't sound like a competitor to me. No D. Looks good beating up on high schoolers, gonna get a rude awakening in the NBA. Quintel Woods 2.0

Come on omg. We might have just drafted a 6'6 Paul George. Tonight is a night to be excited. And we turned a shit asset into a veteran defensive starter. Still have all our exceptions and flexibility to make moves. At least see Shaedon play in summer league before writing him off. I spent at least 8 hrs watching thru shit quality basketball scouting him on youtube. He's good. Just needs some time

Well in the second round we got a Center and a Power Forward...so with Sharpe hopefully our bench got much better. Sharpe can jump out of the gym.

If a player can do this and also actually play basketball, I think he can contribute sooner rather than later, especially with the defense focusing on stopping Damian Lillard.

When's the last time we had a guard who could snatch a lob with one hand and slam it through the hoop?
Sharpe may be behind our other guards in the skills department (how much, we'll find out), but he's already ahead in the size and athleticism department. Sharpe isn't competing with Clyde Drexler for playing time. No offense to Anfernee Simons and Josh Hart.

He's obviously a question mark given the fact that he didn't play college But...... Boy, am I excited after watching some of his footage.....

He's got the size, the athleticism, the skills... He really seems to have it all

Will all of this translate in the NBA? I don't know, but if I have to judge based only on YouTube footage he's the most intriguing prospect of the draft and I'm always in favor of high risk/high reward moves

Keon is probably capable of this.
