Clearly the takeaway from this is that our Game 3 replacement for t-shirts is the return of Dame, yes?

They are trolling us.
Dame gave him a Toyota to drive while he’s in town so he gets unlimited privleges.I wonder how much DumDum charges the players to check the ball out for practice?
I know you're kidding, but damn, I didn't realize he had that much pull in Texas (as that was in San Antonio, thus the Spurs logos on the chairs).A coat and hoodie? Tom turned the heat off in the building, didn’t he?
He will play if we make it past San Antonio
Hmm....I doubt it....why do you think so?
I'm partly unserious and think the blazer social media team is teasing. Maybe not Round 2. But if we miraculously make the WCF, I think even Dame will rethink his plans.Hmm....I doubt it....why do you think so?
Is anyone worried about our defense when he returns?
He would have to be listed as active on the game roster, before the game, I think. If he did decide to play in a game do you think he would announce it? I kind of don't think so - seems like he would just want to not say anything and then shockingly enter the game for his big return.
He wants his Willis Reed moment. He can be listed as active but it has to come as a surprise that he actually plays. If he did decide to play in a game do you think he would announce it? I definitely am. He was a mid defender before the injury. I'm worried about him overall. Think about what Klay Thompson has looked like since his injury, think about how Wes Matthews looked after his. Shit, it was a long time ago but Kobe was never the same after his.Is anyone worried about our defense when he returns?
If we really wanted to scare the Spurs, the Blazers should put out a video of @THE HCP hot tubbing.
I think calling him a MID defender before the injury might be kind, he wasn't good on that half of the court at full strength and I expect him to be one of the five worst defensive players in the league next year as he comes back. That said, this team obviously needs shooting badly at this point and if he can play off the ball and let Deni create open looks, than I can live him the rest of the guys trying to pick up the slack on defense. Just looking at how the NBA is played now and having one dimensional guys on the court doesn't work if you want to be a serious contender and Portland still doesn't have enough wings that play both ends of the court well enough.I definitely am. Dame isn't the same age as KD was or Tatum is and was never as athletically gifted as those two.
All of that said, Dame has made a hall of fame career out of making people who doubt him look like fools.
