Elleby with the most minutes played.

I couldn’t watch — summary of his play?

It's hard to describe..... he was very active on defense, seemed solid, but also the refs were letting a lot of contact go so it was hard to say.

He hit a couple shots. He played pretty in control overall for a first game as a rookie. I was impressed.

False equivalence. “Little and other guys” from last season ≠ the options available this season. We have better depth this season, thus Terry (and myself) will be relieved that we don’t have to choose between scrubs, and rooks.

Of course we're better off than last season but he CHOSE to play those guys without giving others on our roster a chance. Little had given us some solid minutes at times as well.

Giles finally is healthy and he look like the player that ever one thought he be from HS days. The defense really pick up in the 2nd half when they sub Jones and Covington in. A lot balls deflection in that 2nd half.

Although they don't hand out trophies and awards in preseason, I think it's safe to wonder why the Kings were thinking by not making the choice to keep Giles.

I am fully aware that it's just 1 single game, but he looked really good out there. And not "playing way out of his normal" good either. Like, it didn't really appear that what he did was that unusual for him.

Granted, the Kings blow but the Blazers didn't really utilize his passing at all.

Vlade didn't even pick up his third yr option.

love that fire, not gonna lie. he's gonna be a fan favorite
If he even plays. He's fighting for 18-20 MPG with 2 other players....but if he plays like this it's gonna be hard to keep him off the floor.

That's what sucks about this. Really wish we could have gotten him on a longer deal.

I said that when they announced the deal. We don't have early bird rights. Best we can hope for is that he accepts the MLE or something like that if we decide to keep him.

kanter is getting pushed to third string. And zach's somewhat OK three pt shot is the only reason to play him over harry. think those two can play together.
