You sure came in here with your panties in a knot.

I feel like it's 2008 all over again. Next up will be a "Flame Warrior" character.

go figure, an 11 page thread with papag in the middle of some argument for 4 pages. NOBODY saw that coming.

I didn't post until near the end of Page 9 at post 350. No need to lie while inserting yourself into the argument.

lets all measure our significant others sex organs and settle this once and for all

It's a running O-Live Joke. There are a few idiots in the forum (who wouldn't last in here because posts cannot be deleted) and when they act like idiots the running joke is to meet up at MT Tabor for fisticuffs. It's really just a joke. Do you need a hit of this man?

You either need some of that, or some of this:

Either way, take 2 hits of something and relax...

I need both!

I've been looking forward to this game for quite a while and enjoyed it. Thought both Lillard and Myers did well. Can't wait for opening season game which I'm going to try and be at!

GO BLAZERS!!!

Nice offensive game by Morrison! He has a good shot to make the team if he keeps this up.

Everyone looked good to me except for Luke Babbit and Smith. Babbit looked just as raw as he did as a rookie. Now he did have one nice mid range jumper, but aside from that, it was relegated to his typical 3pt hoists, and was way off the mark.

I think Adam is much more polished offensively and can hit from a number of areas.

Nolan Smith is still bothered by a knee injury, but I'd really like to see what Will Barton can do as a backup SG.

...I think that Babb's rebounding efficiency continues to be over-looked. He does surprising well for someone that is so "un-athletic". But don't get me wrong, I love seeing AmMo run and gun out there -- maybe he can revive his career after all!

...Lillard is fun to watch! The new team as a whole is fun to watch! This season should be fun regardless of the win totals -- RIP CITY!

Nice game for the confidence of our young players...... that's about it. On to the next one!

I haven't read the thread, but that was a fun game to watch. Our porous inside defense may soon catch up with us. Aldridge continues to play like a center on offense, standing still like a statue and shooting from a distant locale instead of stepping toward the basket, but plays like a PG on defense, rarely garnering a rebound.

nice first game, key for me is Lillard did not disappoint and it appears we finally have a "real" PGOTF and the now. Meyers showed why we drafted him at #11 but also why it will take time. One game of course but a good start and team was fun to watch

So, 1 rebound per 3 minutes played now qualifies as "rarely"?

LA had 8 boards in 23.5 Mins. What are you talking about?

That's kinda like being the hottest ugly chic in class though.......

Just because you are almost at post #23,000 doesn't mean many of those posts had much insight or BBIQ.

It could mean you just like to run your mouth. :smiley-beljise_har:

I missed the game, being at the Oakland Coliseum watching the A's OMFG they did it again!

Didn't know until this AM that the Blazers won when I saw the score in the paper.

Thanks to those who posted about the GAME so I could get some information. Others not so much.

What I need right now is sleep. Didn't get home until 10:30, to bed maybe around 11, try getting to sleep after a 9th inning walk off playoff elimination game win. I leave home at 5 AM, to give an idea. And I'm doing it again tonight, game 5 winner take all.

I'm going to miss the VP debate. Thought of taping it but figure they'll rebroadcast in the news and the net. Damn, why do they have to schedule a debate at the same time as the deciding playoff game?

Go Blazers
Go Oakland

Love to all from Oaktown zombie (I feel like Night of the Living Dead right now, get me caffeine)

Could mean? It DOES mean

Seriously though, HCP is really just here as a company stooge!

Lillard's actual line (if everything had been called/scored correctly):

13 points / 8 assists / 5 rebounds.

I'll take it.

To be fair, it was against essentially an NBDL team; if he can do 13/8/5 against real teams, ill be ecstatic.

Can we just agree to use an asterisk for the obligatory "it's only pre-season, the competition sucks, and it doesn't mean much" comment? ;)

Lillard looked good most of the game. He looked amazing in the 3rd quarter. You have to start somewhere and playing like that in your first game, on the road and at Staples Center, shows a whole lot of promise.

And, yes, the Lakers are about as deep as a dollar bill. The emperor's clothes are old and there's no much in the closet.

That game was insane. The A's have made a real nice run from the last few weeks of the season up to today. Hope they can pull out Game 5.

Hope the Giants pull out Game 5, as well (though, I'd say the A's playing at home are more likely of the 2 to pull off the 0-2 comeback and move to the next round).

How sweet would it be if both were able to come back from 0-2 and we played a Bay Bridge Series. End of interruption.

I already liked Lillard. But he looked good in that 3rd quarter after he settled down. And he was going against Nash for most of that.

A sign almost as telling and meaningful as Nash's review: Fez, after being so staunchly against Lillard in favor of Soup Juggler has finally come around and is admitting he may have been wrong.
